No power backup during daytime as Srijan Vihar RWA promised.

Sir,

I am a resident of Srijan vihar located in Nyay Khand II opposite Aditya Mall Ghaziabad. I started living in this society from November 09, till December it was fine then in January generator malfunctioned and since then residents of Srijan Vihar are not getting backup during daytime. In January they promised to give 24x7 backup when summer starts...well march started a long time ago but still no backup and we are still...

No receipt of pan card

Sir i would like to tell u that i had submit the application for issuing of pan card in the month of july against trans number —[protected], on the behalf of my collegue (Pratibha kumari), the delivery address belongs to varanasi

Till now i haven't recd the pan card on the given addres, also when im trying to track the records online, not getting it through, i would highly appreciate ur response towards...

I worked in this firm and left after giving due notice and when I contacted them for refund of Provident fund they asked me to come again and again and never did anything to resolve the matter

Serious Fraud...

PF not received

I had dully paid all the dues(Rs 9017) and doe F & F.then after after 4 months I have not received my PF.I submitted my form in Noida branch on 23rd Dec 2008 and they told me that it had been sent to your company for some reason.But the company people say that they have not received my form.Neither the PF office nor the company executives are helping me .Moreover I had been there for many times but in vain.Please suggest me....
