Hi,
This is gautam kr singh from ghaziabad, i had joined this organization on 21st of august 2012 samsung hhp process and resigned on 1st of december 2015
Everything was good during my tenurity but now problem is in f&f.
I resigned this organization by serving 30 days notice period, and till now i haven't got the f&f cheque, i went to hr 2 times to get the f&f cheque (As per the time provided by the hr) but every time they said, it is not made now.
And there is no any valid contact number to know the status so that i can confirm it by calling also the hr attitude is not at all acceptable.
So, kindly help me in that.

Hi, My name is Yogesh Kumar and this complaint is regarding the mental torture and stress which I am still not receive my last month of salary and also not receive my relieving latter that is due in my last organization Ienergizer (A-37 Sec 60 Noida-201301). I have worked with Ienergizer (EMP ID--T36097) from 01 May-12 to 21 Sep-015. According to the company’s policies, employees have to serve 1 months notice period prior leaving the company, if not they have to give 1 months salary in order to obtain the Relieving certificates and settle the dues. I have resigned from the organization on 21/08/015 and gave one month notice from 21Aug-015 to 21Sep-015. My resignation was accepted by my AVP Mr.Ankur Arora. In leiu of that my whole salary for the month of September was not credited in my account (Not a problem). I went to the concerned person (Mr.Satendra Tyagi, Ph no-[protected],[protected] in the HR to obtain the relieving certificate and salary hold by your process AVP (Mr.Ankur Arora) due to same ZTP case. I don't understand when i have complete my notice period on date 21 Sep, 2015. And also HR confirm ZTP Date was 23 Sep-15 how is to possible, when my last working day was 21 Sep-15, I belong to a middle class family and have some responsibilities on my shoulder. Commuting from Hathras to Noida for my own settlement cheque requires time and travel expenses. I am not demanding anything else; I just need justice and my money which is due from the organization. One of my friends has raised his issue in the consumer court online; he got the justice, though the case was different. Please don’t break my faith and kindly address this issue as appropriate. I have joined in mmt process on 3rd of Aug 2015 n from that day waiting for handover n to to join training but till date they r giving excuse wait batch is not completed till now since 3weekn they r calling alternate day n giving tis excuse ...they r not giving a siingle call or any contact no of their office from which we can conform that we have tobgo today for hand over or not ...fed up with this issue plzz solve my problem

Hi, this is to inform you that we have tried the food so many times but from last 2 or 3 times our experience is not good and today it was a heights of limits crossed as the food was not served on time and the food which they were serving that was for someone else order when i asked to give me my order he was serving the cold food which was not cooked properly asked for the refund so they tried to cheat me asked for the manager he also said that it was served like this when i was standing there for 45 min and they were not serving my order as they were providing the wrong statement so as i am working in the corporate i will share the same with my office and would never even try to visit haldiram and not even recommend other for the corporate parties as well. this happen i guess its a main branch sector 25 noida spice mall

ienergizer is one of the worst company in Noida sector-60 i have ever worked, worst in terms of cab facilities, food, management and everything.There is no employment satisfaction at all.My name is Paul (t68187) from Blackjack and i was reffered to HR just because i did not come to office for one day and i did not inform or call my supervisor that day

Hello iEnergizer,
It has come to my notice that despite it being a national holiday tomorrow iEnergizer is going to open your office for Samsung (HHP) process. As far as I know it is clearly prohibited to open the office on a national holiday.
As far as employees are concerned they are forced to join office and threatened of financial consequences i[censored]nable to do so.
Could you please check if this is legal.
I think this is really frustrating for the employees as well as unlawful.

hello everybody i worked with ienergizer fr 7 mnths and they abscarted me just from my minor mistake. my mstk was dat i dint come 3days without informing.but not continue in whole month.my senior its ok i agree my mstk but why hr department ate my whole month salary they dint give me my last month salary so plz take action on dis .i m telling you ienergizer hr are big cheaters jst 24hrs day just eat and increase dear fat illetrate hr's .. hr department is pothatic in ienergizer.

its gone a year, Ms. smritri bhandari (assistant manager)announced in metting that, "she is going to transfer few employee from audio vidual to home appliances process of samsung tech. support by hook or crook, without any criterion". Without any prior notice of announcement of names she directly transferred me . That hurts me alot because she used the word by hook or crook in front of whole team. When i asked her about reason she told that process is going to ramp down, but on those time call was increasing day by day. I said i am better in av process and not going any other process. She forced me to write the resignation and mention because of personal reasons.
she sent me to HR(megha mam), and mailed for disciplinary issue, on basis of absency of mine on prior day .According to company policy if any employee that is absent, its not a disciplinary issue. The management and HR both played a bad game .Anurang agarwal(assistant manager) is also a short tempered man, he shouted at me in front of 100 employees . i am not so much good in writing, a lot of mistake may be in my sentences.
its about the integrity of a lower management, she played a worst culprit game with whole team of av, that 95% employees quit the company within next 4 months (skilled employees working for some 2 yrs, some are 3yrs and more).she was doing such thing coz her record was not appreciable, because of her bad decision she thougt there might be problem inside the whole av team, whynot make them out and hire new whole group .
Even ienergizer is a company who is working for purpose of profit maximazation, not wealth maximazation.Even for investor its not a great company to invest where whole manipulators and crooks are sitting to suck the employees emotion and self respect .Its not all story i can"t elaborate here .

My name is rakesh kumar employee code t-44218 date of joining 04/07/2013 date of resign 20/07/2013. Process naaptol inbound designation senior executive customer service. I have worked here from 04/07/2013 to 20/07/2013 i gave my resignatiom letter on 20/07/2013 i was working in naaptol process they hold my 17 days salary of approx 9000/- till today they have not credited in my account. Please do a neccesary action against this emloyer. They are cheater

My Self is Ashok Kumar , cell number[protected], i have done my gradutation in 2003, and i have six years experience of sales of just that reason i qualify the interview of ienergizer in sekh sarai phase-2(24.10.2010) as post senior executive , and they give me offer letter, and after two days they give me appointment letter, in this process i submit all my documents( Educational & Experience letter) to HR, and i also opened my salary account through ienergizer, my finalised salary in take home pay is 10.5k without PF and I joined ienergizer on dated 25.10.2010 as a Sr. Executive,

and my training was started my process name is MAKE MY TRIP, all are going a too good but suddenly as on 03.11.2010 HR team told me you are not capable to this process because ur communicataon is not good , so that if you are interested then you can apply(Startingly) in Aircel process, in this Aircel training batch (25 days) you not paying any thing an other words you can say i am not liable for salary for this period.

another thing is your package is also deducted that means in aircel proces is i receive just 6.5k according to HR (Miss Divya)


so sir/mam my question is can this process is right ...at time where i am stand i cant understand....

why this process is not clear me on starting ,,,, sir man in interview i already done and clear my four or five rounds, and in training session i attend all classes .. so sir /mam please help me ASAP......

Sir,

I am a resident of Srijan vihar located in Nyay Khand II opposite Aditya Mall Ghaziabad. I started living in this society from November 09, till December it was fine then in January generator malfunctioned and since then residents of Srijan Vihar are not getting backup during daytime. In January they promised to give 24x7 backup when summer starts...well march started a long time ago but still no backup and we are still giving maintainance amount of 600- rupees which includes backup facility. I work night shift so i have to sleep during the daytime which is a great pain for me. Please look in to this matter.
