Hello iEnergizer,
It has come to my notice that despite it being a national holiday tomorrow iEnergizer is going to open your office for Samsung (HHP) process. As far as I know it is clearly prohibited to open the office on a national holiday.
As far as employees are concerned they are forced to join office and threatened of financial consequences i[censored]nable to do so.
Could you please check if this is legal.
I think this is really frustrating for the employees as well as unlawful.

hello everybody i worked with ienergizer fr 7 mnths and they abscarted me just from my minor mistake. my mstk was dat i dint come 3days without informing.but not continue in whole month.my senior its ok i agree my mstk but why hr department ate my whole month salary they dint give me my last month salary so plz take action on dis .i m telling you ienergizer hr are big cheaters jst 24hrs day just eat and increase dear fat illetrate hr's .. hr department is pothatic in ienergizer.

Hello, sir/mam my name is Rahul takkar & i had resin ienergizer in the month of sep as i am not ready to sine the warning letterso, Ganesh sir told me that you have to resin or sine on that latter so i prefer to resin but when i go to collect my experience letter they told me as you serve the notice period you have to pay 44 thousand Rs for full & final then only you be getting your experience letter please help me out & provide...

its gone a year, Ms. smritri bhandari (assistant manager)announced in metting that, "she is going to transfer few employee from audio vidual to home appliances process of samsung tech. support by hook or crook, without any criterion". Without any prior notice of announcement of names she directly transferred me . That hurts me alot because she used the word by hook or crook in front of whole team. When i asked her about reason she told that process is going to ramp down, but on those time call was increasing day by day. I said i am better in av process and not going any other process. She forced me to write the resignation and mention because of personal reasons.
she sent me to HR(megha mam), and mailed for disciplinary issue, on basis of absency of mine on prior day .According to company policy if any employee that is absent, its not a disciplinary issue. The management and HR both played a bad game .Anurang agarwal(assistant manager) is also a short tempered man, he shouted at me in front of 100 employees . i am not so much good in writing, a lot of mistake may be in my sentences.
its about the integrity of a lower management, she played a worst culprit game with whole team of av, that 95% employees quit the company within next 4 months (skilled employees working for some 2 yrs, some are 3yrs and more).she was doing such thing coz her record was not appreciable, because of her bad decision she thougt there might be problem inside the whole av team, whynot make them out and hire new whole group .
Even ienergizer is a company who is working for purpose of profit maximazation, not wealth maximazation.Even for investor its not a great company to invest where whole manipulators and crooks are sitting to suck the employees emotion and self respect .Its not all story i can"t elaborate here .

My name is rakesh kumar employee code t-44218 date of joining 04/07/2013 date of resign 20/07/2013. Process naaptol inbound designation senior executive customer service. I have worked here from 04/07/2013 to 20/07/2013 i gave my resignatiom letter on 20/07/2013 i was working in naaptol process they hold my 17 days salary of approx 9000/- till today they have not credited in my account. I worked with this organization for 19 months (EMP ID: T24849 19 April 2010 to 9 September 2011). I served there sincerely for the whole period without any violation of their rules. My Self is Ashok Kumar , cell number[protected], i have done my gradutation in 2003, and i have six years experience of sales of just that reason i qualify the interview of ienergizer in sekh sarai phase-2(24.10.2010) as post senior executive , and they give me offer letter, and after two days they give me appointment letter, in this process i submit all my documents( Educational & Experience letter) to HR, and i also opened my salary account through ienergizer, my finalised salary in take home pay is 10.5k without PF and I joined ienergizer on dated 25.10.2010 as a Sr. Executive,

and my training was started my process name is MAKE MY TRIP, all are going a too good but suddenly as on 03.11.2010 HR team told me you are not capable to this process because ur communicataon is not good , so that if you are interested then you can apply(Startingly) in Aircel process, in this Aircel training batch (25 days) you not paying any thing an other words you can say i am not liable for salary for this period.

another thing is your package is also deducted that means in aircel proces is i receive just 6.5k according to HR (Miss Divya)


so sir/mam my question is can this process is right ...at time where i am stand i cant understand....

why this process is not clear me on starting ,,,, sir man in interview i already done and clear my four or five rounds, and in training session i attend all classes .. so sir /mam please help me ASAP......

Sir,

I am a resident of Srijan vihar located in Nyay Khand II opposite Aditya Mall Ghaziabad. I started living in this society from November 09, till December it was fine then in January generator malfunctioned and since then residents of Srijan Vihar are not getting backup during daytime. In January they promised to give 24x7 backup when summer starts...well march started a long time ago but still no backup and we are still giving maintainance amount of 600- rupees which includes backup facility. I work night shift so i have to sleep during the daytime which is a great pain for me. Please look in to this matter.

Sir i would like to tell u that i had submit the application for issuing of pan card in the month of july against trans number —[protected], on the behalf of my collegue (Pratibha kumari), the delivery address belongs to varanasi

Till now i haven't recd the pan card on the given addres, also when im trying to track the records online, not getting it through, i would highly appreciate ur response towards my complaint and expect a replay asap.

I worked in this firm and left after giving due notice and when I contacted them for refund of Provident fund they asked me to come again and again and never did anything to resolve the matter

I had dully paid all the dues(Rs 9017) and doe F & F.then after after 4 months I have not received my PF.I submitted my form in Noida branch on 23rd Dec 2008 and they told me that it had been sent to your company for some reason.But the company people say that they have not received my form.Neither the PF office nor the company executives are helping me .Moreover I had been there for many times but in vain.Please suggest me....
