I got IFB MicroWave Oven 1 year back, I was not able to cook cake, I complaint to servie centre,
They came from service centre, and heated a potato and said Oven is fine and our method of cooking is
Wrong. After that we cooked many times, cake was happening properly, so left it unused.
After 14 months compliant again and told them to cook a cake and show, ( One of my IFB retailer recommeded to do so) then he sent one lady from service centre to cook cake, finally after cooking he confirmed that Oven is fault. He took the oven from place on 1/10/2008, till date I didn't receive any call from him, he said some spare has to come, Oneday in anger I told him just you have our machine with yourself, I will think that I have gifted something to IFB. After that he didn't turnback at all.
I will not buy any IFB product in lifetime, I have wasted 13000/- on a oven.
Really worst Affected Customer.

We have given three complaints so far and had called them for like more than 10 times still this issue remains unsolved. No proper reply. They also gave me a manager's number ([protected]). His name is Umar. I called him on 20.02.2015. He said that the issue will be resolved on monday between 10am and 1pm I.e. today (23.02.2015). No reponse again. So I called him again. He said that a technician would comeby in the evening. Again hopeless. Wen I called him again he dint pick up the call. I even sent him a message but he dint reply to it. Its been 24 days, almost a month since he took the control panel but we neva got a proper response since then. We are so fed up with the so called IFB international brand. If we dont get the kit replaced soon then we will have to go to the consumer court. We need immediate response.
