Sub: Not responding to complaint launched since 13/08/2010
I have IFB fully automatic ,top loaded washing machine (model no 7233 )purchased two years back, after warranty period expiredI have AMC done with IFB.
My machine is not working from august ,have launched the complaint ( complaint no 4931722,13/08/2010 ),on 15 august person from IFB visited and found out that some part need to be replaced ,since then nobody came from IFB to replace that part.
I tried to contact service incharge of IFB Industries Mr.shrikant ([protected]),but got very bad response he never takes up call and if does so,he pass on all blaim to IFB industries .
Now I am frustuated from spending hours on phones so that atleast someone else picks up the call and listen to complaint .
Consumer court is my last hope ,I wish you guys would not dissapoint me and would take early action as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that I am one of your customers using IFB Mirowave for couple of years and i have never seen this type of miss commitment and I do not expect these type of casual approach from a esteemed company like IFB.
I have launched a Complain dated: 23rd Sept 2010 and Complain Number is 5155408 and today is 26th September 2010 and no one from your organization has even given any importance to this complain and when followed they have one common answer that our people are on the way to your place they will come.
Since I was committed from your service team that this will be catered in 24 hrs and this small issue will be resolve but no body has any accountability for this.
I am writing with a ray of hope that some one will hear our voice and things will get resolved, you can understand that how pathetic service is given by IFB and I was planning to buy a dish washer from IFB, now I feel I was going with a wrong company.
