Before Buying the product of Inalsa, one should think of ones own arrangement for bringing the product purchased, to the service centre instead of thinking of repair at ones door step.
I am having one Gas Geyser make Inalsa - Insta. Since the installation of Geyser for the last 2 years, i am facing problems in the functioning of geyser. I would like to clearly add here that ur dealer/sellers are misguiding the customers by selling the products of such like company who is not having established service centre. The service centre in jalandhar was established last year and has now being changed off and on. As and when i contacted the dealer/supplier in jalandhar, i came to know that the service centre working last year has been closed. After a lot of effort, i got the contact no. of new service centre. For the last more than a week, i am contacting the service centre for service/repair of geyser. There was hardly any person to attend my complaint. On 28th of Nov., i again contacted the centre for repair of geyser and they gave informed me that my complaint was previously not registered and now they regd complaint vide their no. 459.
The person deputed by ur service centre, jalandhar for the purpose was ignorant about the geyser repair. He advised me to bring the geyser to their service centre. Pls. let us know, how the customer who is layman about the geyser points can detach the geyser/any product fixed on wall so as to bring this to the service centre of Inalsa. Whether while selling the products the company is advising the customers that at the time of repair of geyser (any item of inalsa brand) we shall be unable to repair it at their door step and the customers shall have to bring the items at their service centre.
