I have purchased inalsa food processor (Maxie marvel 800) on june 2018... Hardly i have used it for 5 to 6 time, within 2 months it stoped working... However i have complaint 2 times to inalsa customer care... First time they said that our technician will call you within a week, neither i received any call nor any attempt/response against my complaint. I have waited for 2-3 weeks, again i made a complaint, again they repeated same... But this time the technician is faking with me from last 3 weeks, he calls and says that i will reach today, but never come... I have specially taken a full day leave from my work just for repairing my machine... Whole day the technician was faking with me that he will reach, he is on the way, but till evening he didnt come. And after that not receiving my calls. Inalsa has really a pathetic customer service, i have wasted my 6k on that food processor, eiher i want my money back or repair my food processor as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
