Worst Customer service and worst product
Inalsa Team are harassing me from last 40 days and no one visits to my home for service issue in my Chimney..Worst service by Inalsa .your customer service is very poor and I am chasing the customer service from last 40 days but no positive response and even executive is denying to visit home...

Electric Kettle

I had purchased it about 10 months back and had 2 years warranty. It stopped working about a month back and I lodged a complaint. After 4 days someone called me that it has to be brought to service centre 5 kms away. Being 75+ I had to take a cab to go to service centre and leave the Kettle for repair. It took them 8 days to repair and I had to go again to collect it. However it gave way within a day. I have again given it over a week back and waiting for the call to collect.
I have already spent on cab almost the amount for a new kettle. I can't understand if Inalsa is unable to service the customers why they are running the company and putting senior citizens like me in big trouble.

Hot water kettle
Service request no. DEL[protected] was locked 5days prior. No one called and no one bothered to check. I received a verification call from some lady "jinka kaam to bas karte rehna hai and baaki customer jaane.", from[protected] and was adament that the technician has call records to show and validate I didn't answer the call. This has been the worst awful experience ever. No decency to speak with customer. Customer was over the call and ladies kept chatting and was defensive that while handling customers they were chatting for personal work.
I doubt I would ever comeback to Inalsa ever again.

Worst product pathetic customer service. The product burnt after 1 month o[censored]sage and the service center refused to repair and pickup calls. The service guy saurabh is threatening me and abusing me, totally horrific experience. Never buy Inalsa Product. [protected]

Mini blender mixer
I bought a product named mini blender mixer which is a dough maker approx one year ago, this has not worked since day one and tens of times it has gone to the service center, infact out of 12 months it was in the service center for 8-9 months but no solution has been made as yet tens of complaints have been made and no one is responding

I bought from Amazon on 26 Dec 2021.
Soon i realised a manufacturing defect. Service team visited. Accepted my request for replacement.
Now the service team is trying to force the product back to me without replacement of defective parts.
Additionally they have introduced additional defect - now the attachments are easily falling off without eject button.
This is hazardous.

Food processor couplers
I had contacted the customer care of service centre on 24 of July to change all the couplers of the food processor. No one have contacted me till date. I call them up every alternative days n they say they will send the person. N also they keep call on hold for 15 to 20 mnts n then disconnect the call.

Food processor coupler
I had contacted the customer care of service centre on 24 of July to change all the couplers of the food processor. No one have contacted me till date. Unit has stopped working

I had purchased Inalsa Inox 1000 plus on 27th Jun from flipkart. The unit stopped working on 5th July. I had requested a technician visit that the product is not workng. The technician visited on 9th July and told me that the PCB needs to be replaced. Since then no follow up has been made.
I had chased the customer service executives and technicians for 7 striaght days. As you can guess, they only divert my calls and tell me they would contact me within 1-2 hours after communicating with Senior staff (but no body calls me back) and this is happening from 6 straight days. I want my product to get repaired (if this is not possible kindly refund me back my amount).

Harassment by post sales team
Escalation of query number DEL[protected] this complaint was lodged on 18th January. Till date, the issue has not been resolved. The maintenance guy came on 23rd January and mentioned that both the grills and fan has to be replaced. After numerous follow ups, the maintenance guy came in on 1st Feb, took only 10minutes to repair and confirmed that all the parts are working properly and issue only was in the coil of fan which he had changed. After 1 day, the oven stopped working again. This time, those maintenance guys cooked up a story that we have got some external guys to repair the oven..and refused to repair it.

I bought this food processor on 24 June 2020, and from then, we have been registering multiple complaints about non performance about the food processor.
Within 6 months, 2 parts have broken, we used Inalsa food processor for 20 years and now replaced it with the new one ... it is a pathetic food processor...

I have bought inalsa tanishq blade ex3 ceiling fan on 15th april.
There was sound coming from the fan so i have called to your customer care and after 13 days your service man camed and told there is problem in bearing.
And he has changed bearing but bearing was o[censored]sed old fan which he has changed and told that company didn't have given me a new one.
We are not satisfied with your service.
I want new bearing or i want my money back.

worst customer support and fraud done by inalsa customer service

Dear sir
I have purchased inalsa geyser in december 2017 from canteen model is msg25 having 2 years overall warranty and 5 years warranty on tank
My geyser got faulty and high current is circulating on its body and for same i complained on 23 feb 2019 having service call no. Ups[protected] for repair but service technician visited after 10 days and said that problem is in my house electrical wiring so i called electrician and whole wiring was checked but no fault was detected.
Finally i complained again for same problem as problem was in inalsa geyser on 5 may 2019 having complaint no. Ups[protected] but this time technician refused to visit and started making excuses to prevent any repair.
Same person visited for previous complaint and he also checked the bill but this time he said that i will get warranty cover only if i will show garuntee card and no warranty will be given on bill and when i said that i will show garuntee card then he asked me to whatsapp bill and garuntee card else he will not visit.
I don't have smartphone right now so i was unable to send same i requested him that i have everything please visit i can also pay if i will not be able to show garuntee card but technician misbehaved and refused to visit and said that you can do whatever you want but he will not visit for repair

Hi, On 16th Feb2019, I registered one complaint on Inalsa Appliances customer care number ([protected]) and got the ticket number against that complaint (UPS[protected]
Engineer was suppose to come to my house in three days and rectify the Electric Heater but till date... no one has appeared and every time when I call to CC number... they promise for visit but no one came.
Product is in warranty because it's only two month old and I hope to see the Engineer soon.

technician is not sent to check gas chula

I put a complaint of inalsa gas chula (Model - gastar 4bgtai) on 25/12/2018 and they said they will resolve the problem in next 72 hours. But till today (2/1/2019) no technician have visited to solve my problem.
I called on inalsa customer care today also. They have give me number of technician, i called up technician and he said we won't be able to sent any technician as inalsa company is not giving salary to our boys from last 2-3 months.

I have purchased inalsa food processor (Maxie marvel 800) on june 2018... Hardly i have used it for 5 to 6 time, within 2 months it stoped working... However i have complaint 2 times to inalsa customer care... First time they said that our technician will call you within a week, neither i received any call nor any attempt/response against my complaint. I have waited for 2-3 weeks, again i made a complaint, again they repeated same... But this time the technician is faking with me from last 3 weeks, he calls and says that i will reach today, but never come... I have specially taken a full day leave from my work just for repairing my machine... Whole day the technician was faking with me that he will reach, he is on the way, but till evening he didnt come. And after that not receiving my calls. Inalsa has really a pathetic customer service, i have wasted my 6k on that food processor, eiher i want my money back or repair my food processor as soon as possible.

I have purchased a inalsa chimney last month but now it is not working. This company do not provide any service after sale. How the company is servive without after sale service, is very strange. Please beware by this fake company. Now I have no option but to purchase one another chimney.

trimmer is not working, make many complaints but no resolution

I bought your 1 product inalsa impress electric shaver on date[protected]. I used it 3-4 times only and make complaint 2-3 time that its not working not doing proper shave. Catching hairs during the trim inside blade is totally frieze even not cutting hair. 2 times i have to visited at the barber to complete my shave. Send once this in the service center but thereafter i didn't get any resolution. Talk to your representative they told me that we can't do anything in that or we can't change or repair it and said do whatever you want to do. Make complaint to anyone/anywhere we don't care. I am requesting you to please solve my complaint asap. I will be very thankful to you

food processor

I have purchased inasa maxie food processor 6 months back. It is not working as smoke is coming on switching on. Speed regulator is not stopping the same. I raised complaint on website of company and got a call from representative. First he argued nothing is wrong you can use main switch for switching off rather than speed regulator. Later involving senior we were told that inalsa don't have any service provision in chennai. We should go to a private repairer and inform them the parts required by him for repair.
Is this customer service. If can not provide service in metro city we can not expect anything in small towns. Need to get a response before moving to consumer court for the same.

I bought a hand blender as I attach a photo of bill of that with two year warranty. But as I go to the service point, they refused to consider the product under warranty. Executive raised object on date mentioned on bill.

I purchased 3 gas burner from best price indore on 5th jan 2017. Since 1 day large burner is not proper working. I complained to local c. Care, they initially send a service man who just cleaned burner but problem remain th e same. Now i lodge my complain 3, 4 times but service man not coming. While inalsa given 5 year warranty. Kindly solve my problem.

My complaint is regarding a geyser model msg 15n bearing number x000esaqb9, which was bought last month end from amazon and installed only in first week of nov. 2015. I registered the complaint with customer care department in novemver itself for leakage.
The product had been repaired multiple times. After my request for product return, it was conveyed to me by mr. Hridesh that the money would be refunded against return. But all that was verbal, but writen confirmation. Despite my several reminders, there is no response. Now niether product is taken returned nor it is repaired.

Bought food processor form chennai in 2006. Jars damaged and need replacement. Has to travel from Changanassery to bangalore to get it replaced. No service center near Changanassery. Bad service. No response to calls or mails. Only Hindi speaking. Need to replace the whole product too or has to throw it away. No service center near kottayam too.
I brought lnalsa food processor by Amazon but product is damaged after open box please solved my problem without any charges by customer care of inalsa in Ahmedabad

It was quite disappointing that Inasla who themselves proved best in terms of Home elctronic
Gadgets and founded since 1967 , A consumer had great expectation from company when they purchase
any product . In same way I purchased a Multimix in second sale and got so much disappointed seeing its services and commitment . The services are really worst , on top of that Engineer section is toally junior who are unable to open and clsoe any
product . Multimix is very small and Engineer told to me that he is unable to service because he has less knowledge doing that even to open a srew and fix it as it was original position before opening .
When spoken to Mr Sharma Head of service department who also told to me that Engineer cant give service at on site because there engineer are very junior to give services on site as against company claim when any consumer purchase any brand .
Engineer had taken my Mutimix on Friday night and when i asked him that he has to show me the parts which you will replace . he denied he said i will not open and will not show you , he was so rude while replying . It seems he has this kind of training from his head and from company . How should I get confirm that my part is replaced because service is not done in front of me .

I am not happy and planning to launch a complain in consumer court . Same has conveyed to Mr Sharma (Head of services ) and he said to me ok go ahead . He is less intresed to save company bad image infront of consumer .

Inalsa should replace it with enw one and also send apologies letter to me , they harassed me a lot .
I need Inasla should replace the MULTIMIX with branded new because i havent use there product for single day since first day i launch compaint to Inasla .
request to all customer that INALSA is worst in after sale services , so in vest your money wisely

Beware of INALSA product, dont purchase any product from them if its top working then you wouldnt be able to repair it .

You have not mentioned that Inalsa has replied you twice that they will give a refund since the spares and products are not available with them. Also, have send you a reminder through the mail communication and till date you have not replied for confirmation

I had alreday been replied and disgree with your offer, as Its my right to make visible your company face to rest of the world that INALSA does cheat and shows negligence to there customer, they harrased there customer even there staff is also uneducate in terms of customer handling they use use hard word and staff directly says to customer that they are not even trained to open a single screw, worst case i even never heard of that .

You should know, Inalsa must also understand that consumers want to be served and not just sold ... creating positive company perceptions. Consumer Rights ... In a country like India, a large section of the population looks for best services provided by Inalsa .
So giving this kind of excuses doesn't meet customer retaining policy or to stand in this big challenging world to compete with other's like Bajaj, electrolux etc .
I felt really bad that your other competitors are giving best services and proving infront of consumer's .
I alreday stated i dont want my money back, I want my good's to be replaced in batter condition, Inalsa as already been proved that they are worst in after sale services and they least intrested to save compnay bad image . this our conversation is being reviewed by many in social network and consumer form and many are looking how inalsa support there coustomer after sale services such a big disappointment with this kind of negligence and worst services, and false commitment provided by such a big company like inalsa .
So shameless !! .

My electric kettle was taken for service/repair by CEE EL TRADERS, NOIDA technician about a month back, but till date it has not been repaired for want of some spare parts.Delay is causing lot of problems. Either you repair or replace.

I had purchased an Inalsa hand blender approx 2 years back and it is most disturbing to find out that the motor does not seem to work anymore.
Prior to this I had bought a Braun which burnt out and was recommended Inalsa which also has ended up with the same fate.
I am not at all pleased with such sub standard products floating in the market.So all those who plan to buy please be careful when choosing brands.

i perchased two inalsa food prosseser in 6 months and both have cupling werre difected after many calls serice center repair it its a good prosseser but service is very poor they told me its a common diffect now a days in this product Helpful

Problem with food processor

I purchased the INALSA food processor last year from the retailer Discount Circuit, Ansal Plaza, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.It is under warranty of two years.But in the warranty period itself, it started problem in its basic functioning. When I tried to contact the retailer Discount Circuit, Ansal Plaza, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, I found the shop is shifted from that place. I aso tried to contact at the phone no. given in the service booklet of the INALSA, it was saying that no. dialled by you does not exist. Kindly help.
