[Resolved]  Income Tax — Request for TDS refund.

Dear Sir,
Reference PAN NO. AHRPS4927L and ITR acknowledgement no.[protected] dated 24-07-08.

I Kishan Singh Sirari, writing this letter to intimate you that I am regularly filing ITR .
For assessment year[protected] the ITR was filled on dated 29th july 2008.
According to that my tax liabitly was nil and TDS of RS 11, 400/- was due to refund.

I had submitted my TDS certificate in original on 8-04-09, as asked by you vide your "letter number ITO Ward 43(2)/08-09" dated 26-03-09.
More than two months have elapsed but the refund amount yet to be received in my
SB account number[protected] with Canara Bank branch Raja Garden New Delhi.

Please expedite the refund .
