I HAVE FILED THE RETURNS OF INCOME FOR THE YEAR 2007-08 IN JULY, 2008 (THROUH MY AUDITOR MR KUTHALINGAM, HOUSR) AT GOVT OF INDIA INCOME-TAX OFFICER, WARD -1, KRISHNAGIRI.
USUALLY I HAVE GOT THE TDS-REFUND EVERY YEAR MOSTLY ON NOVEMBER. BUT THIS YEAR YET HAS NOT BEEN SEND.

INCOME-TAX — Call Restriction
Sir,I am a customer of AIRTEL in Andhra Pradesh. My AIRTEL no. is[protected]. Recently your customer service people contacted me and asked certain details. Though I am busy I patiently replied to every question/details. Lastly I have requested for a change of address within the same town i.e. Rajahmundry in AP. They have noted down the details and informed me that my billing address will be changed within a few days and accordingly I have received the AIRTEL bill in the new address. Surprisingly my outgoing facility was restricted from 29.6.2009. Yesterday one person from AIRTEL came to my flat and asked for some details and requested for some signatures on certai forms, As I was not available at that time my wife signed on those papers. When my wife informed that person about this defect he has replied that my outgoing facility was restricted for want of address confirmation. This is very surprising, because eversince I had taken this connection I used to pay the bill well before the due date and as on date also no dues from my side. Then how can my connection will be restricted for out going calls? Moreover your person has visited my flat yesterday and confirmed the new address and till now the same position is continuing, When I tried for your customer care 121 number, the only voice I could hear for number of times is a pre-recorded message. This is very poooo...r service.
