[Resolved]  Income Tax Department Jammu — Delay in Income Tax return

I had filed my Income Tax Return for the year 2007-08 under receipt no.[protected] dated[protected]. But till date I have not received my refund of Rs.13184/- (Rupees Thirteen thousand one hundred eighty four only ) which has been deducted by the State Bank of India, Hari Market, Jammu. From some reliable sources I came to know that the same return has not been filed by State Bank of India, Hari Market, Jammu, to your department, but the bank has given me the Form 16A which has been filed by me with my return . (TDS Challan No.00286 dated[protected] and BSR No. 0000657 for Rs.13184/-, State Bank of india, Hari Market, Jammu.)

I had filed my Income Tax Return for the financial year 2007-08(assessment year 2008-09) under receipt no. [protected] on dated 06/02/09 duto delay received form16 from the PAO CRPF.But till date[protected], I have not received my refund of rs 6833/ (RS. six thousand eight hundred thirty three only) which has been deducted from my pay and alloweces .Still i was send a request to income tax office Jammu for quick release my refundable ammount .Please look this matter and refund money as soon as possible in my concerned bank account.
