My name is MRS.DILNAZ MOHTA The Income tax refund order that i have received for[protected] cheque no-187239-Sbi-Andheri-east,Mumbai, (MUM D 299 1 INCOME TAX OFFICE)has written my bank a/c no wrongly as "[protected]" instead of "[protected]"Pls issue a new refund order and cancel the old one .My Pan card no is ALVPM3478Q.

Dear Sir.

This complaint is regarding my refund chq for the assessment year 2010-11 which was returned from my previous address. so i have re-submitted the new address along with valid proof in the concern dept and got the ack on 8th Aug..but sill we haven't received the chq till yet on my address..Request you please look at my query on urgent basis..need your urgent assist on it...
