I have submitted my returns for assessment year 2007-08 on 29th July 2007 ( ITO SW V(2), Chennai - 34). I am yet to receive a refund of Rs 13445 /-. I have submitted my Income Tax return for the Assessment Year 2008-09 on[protected] to Deputy/Asst Commisioner of Income Tax, Circle-I, Tambaram Range, Chennai - 600 045 vide receipt no. 001389 for refund of Rs. 7670/=. My PAN no. is AAAPS8323C. My name is K.SELVARAJ. I have not yet reeived the refund amount of Rs.7670. The same may be processed at the earliest.

My Pan card Number is AXUPS9497A and i am firing Income tax return from past 6 yrs and unfortunately i am not receiving any refunds for Yeat 2009-10. , today when i checked the status of my refund online it says "Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker."

i spoke to the concern officers no one assisting.

I did not get my income tax refund for 2007-08. I filed it from chennai. But i am unable to think that what is the benefit to post this message. whether this message will be conveyed to Income tax department.
Every where CORRUPTION SPEAKS.
When Income tax department sets the dead line to submit the income tax every year then who will set the dead line for Income tax refund.

I AM AN EMPLOYEE OF A PVT BANK AND HAD FILED MY TAX REFUND THRO VIJAY ASSOCIATES, chennai; the refundclaimfor Rs3076 was filed on 25.7.2012 under stamp receipt number 408328 at Tambaram range, chennai 600045; my assessment no.s BEOPK0533B. WHILE ALL OTHERS IN MY BANK WITH SIMILAR REFUNDS HAVE RECEIVED REFUND, I AM YET TO GET REFUND; I I AM SURPRISED TO NOTICE THE DELAY AS THE PRESENTOR OF TAX RETURN IS NOT COMING FORWARD TO HELP ME; WHERE SHOULD I KNOCK THE DOOR FURTHER. I WISH I AM BENEFITTED BY THIS REPRESENTATION HERE.
