Dear Sir, I have filed (file No.[protected]) PAN no ABNPT3755F my income tax refund at Agra(UP) for the year2005-06.after that I have filed my tax at Gwalior (MP) for the year of 2006-07&2007-08 both year procedure is completed without any difficulties but my 2005-06 year case is pending kindly advice me what can I do. I have not received my refund for f.y 2005-06, 2006-07. when i contacted to assessing officer they are telling it was already issued two years ago. my pan no isADRPT3525B

Assessee Smt. Charu Garg Add.C/o Vinobo Nagar Bilaspur Post-Bilaspur Distt.Bilaspur (C.G.) PAN No. ABFPG4463R Ack. No. [protected] Dt. 30 March 2006 . Year 2005-06 Release my Refund Rs. 2327/- of Requst.
In this Case T.D.S. Rs. 2327/- with in Order U/S 143(1) of DCR. No.../2005-06, Refund Vh. has not been receipt till date also submitted Request letter on dated 06/01/2010 & inclosed From 16 A & copy of LIC Receipt.
You are therfore Requested to refund voucher issue for needful at the earliest.

I have not received my refund yet.All my colleague said that they gave money to tax department to get the refund...its really shameful to such people really who takes such money to do their work...why should people then pay the tax when the tax department it self don't work properly...first they should see the corrupt people then ask for tax payments. If this site is real please help me to get my money back.Thanks.
