[Resolved]  Income Tax Refund — A/c is wrong in IT Refund Cheque

Dear Sir ,

My self Rahul Dube , i have received the Refund Check (CMPP6915773) dtd 7 -April-11,Cheque no : 516950,SBI,CMP Centre(04266)-Mumbai.
In this cheque ,My A/c no mentioned is wrong,

My SBI a/c no is : [protected] ,
SBI,
NAVJIVAN HOUSING SOC.AJWA ROAD ,
VADODARA. BRANCH, BARODA ,
Branch Code: 5589

last Year also i have received the refund cheque with the same mistake.

Kindly Correct/update my A/c no and resend the cheque to my adrs

A-41/Part-2 ,Shivam Duplex ,Nr- D -Mart,
Nr-Kaladarshan Char Road,Waghodia Road,Vadodara-390019


Also tell the procedure to change the A/c no .
