i also got 1000 share of rs10 fully paid, but no whereabout of company.share issued in my son and wife name.

i have purchased 100 shares of JAYANTI BUSINESS MACHINES LTD. on 15.03 1995 since then i am in search of this co neither i am able to trace it nor my broker could help me to trace itwhether the co exists now or has changed its name

I also have shares of In Euro Pharma subsidiary company of Southern Herbals... Would it not be proper to lodge an FIR against the company and its directors and with SEBi. Although nothing will happen, but no harm in trying? What say?
I am also having 2000 shares of this company, thanks god.. i have got the certificates. It may be useful for me to boil at least one glass of tea at late.
It is shame to the Karnataka Government who just close their eyes infront of such fake companies. Of course, the company might have fed to some officials of SEBI to close their eyes.

such companies should be banned and prosecuted.
I also have 1000 shares and the certificates too. In a country where down from ministers to peons are currupt, whom we should approach for justice. The owners should be prosecuted and there assets forfeited.
I also have 100 Shares of Ind-Euro Pharma Ltd in 1995 but no response - news from the company and its promoters. I also agree on above serious compaints.

Janaki is right.I have been issued 1000 shares of IND EURO PHARMA 20 years back but till today no reply/information about this company.Even the original company SOUTHERN HERBALS seems to be defunct.This is BROAD DAY LIGHT CHEATING

I also have 2000 shares bought on private placement in early 90's, with company claiming at the time of purchase that they were going for public issue soon. After that no communication received from the company.

But their latest Annual Return do not show none of you as shareholders!
There are many people who got cheated royally by these companies. There are such so called promoters not only in Karnataka but all over India. Even the top big companies do this. Although we have several laws, they are always favouring cheaters rather than the protecting poor common people. Let's hope our new government will take some strict action against such cheating promoters.
