I have purchased 1000 shares at a premium of rs.10/- about 20 years back, on an assurance that they will go public and will be listed in bse. No information or communication since then.

This company seems to be a fraud company. The company directors are roughs and cheats. The law jails a person who cheats or robs rs. 1000/-, whereas such people go scot-free. Such cheats are big shots and respected people in the society. No...

Respected sir(s), I am a registered holder of this company. I am holding 200 shares of Rs.10 @ a premium of Rs.10. Registered folio No. 0004396, Certificate No.[protected] & distintive Nos. 04910201 bto 04910400 At the time of offer of issue of shares it was promised to get healthy investment but till date I have not get any amount from company. The company has many of of investors on ground that they will get Preferential shares but at the time of issue of the certificate they have issued equity shares without the consent of the investor. I am going to file a separate application to cancel the registration of the company on the ground of that the company have cheated many investors.

Ind Euro Pharma Limited issued 500 shares to me sometime during 1995-96. Despite promises, they never kept the share holders informed about the progress achieved. We were in New Delhi at that time and a couple of time my husband cotacted Shri KSN Murthy, Chairman of this company.
