Ind Euro Pharma Limited — cheating the shareholders

I have purchased 1000 shares at a premium of rs.10/- about 20 years back, on an assurance that they will go public and will be listed in bse. No information or communication since then.

This company seems to be a fraud company. The company directors are roughs and cheats. The law jails a person who cheats or robs rs. 1000/-, whereas such people go scot-free. Such cheats are big shots and respected people in the society. No law to prosecute them. Nice plan of the promoters and directors to get rich overnight legally.
