Sir,

It's my fate, I got Indane gas connection from Nanda gas agency,Chennai-the worst Indane agency located in my area. I am using their service since 2008. Really I don't have any words to describe them. People are very harsh and irresponsible. We can't reach them over phone-they won't pick up ur call easily. For any request, you have to reach their office and don't forget to follow-up 3 or 4 times. For getting additional cyliner connection I went 20 times in 9 months. They will say something if I go and ask about my request.They didn't sent the letter for Addition cylinder even though Govt release the order, to get the letter I went 5 times in 2 week. And Gas delivery boys are forcing us topay some extra (Rs 15/20)particular amount of money apart from original cylinder cost. For any reason even if you give less than the money they wanted you will get scolded and they won't deliver next time properly.

If you know anyone working in Nanda gas agency , you will get done the work soon because people like Mr.Chandrasekar are there. You can simply give some extra money and finish your work.

Nanda gas agency is not bothered about their service. But they need money from people. Is this a way to run a business and earn money.

For a Common middle class men, experience with Nanda gas agency is painful and heartbreaking.

Is there not any way to control these kind of Gas agencies?

Yes I agree, I too paying additional amount Rs.30 per cylinder. who fix this amount? Who start this kind of system? If we ask y i want to pay additional money simply they r telling everyone giving y u r not??? Who educate this kind of system??? I have a question, why we r giving the address?? for deliver to door step, I think soo... If it is First floor or second floor the charges will be different... Really fed up... very worst agency..
I spoke to an agency in vadapalani for an emergency purpose . First time we are calling this number for an emergency that our gas has been leaking.. The way she responded was absolutely harsh.. she asked me the bill number in which I have provided the bill number correctly but she denied saying that this is not the number..

She told me to call again and didnt respond us properly..

we called another agency and got information and she responded that we can get customer details through mobile number too..

Then we called the same agency and told the bill number.. she atlast said that she will send agency..
Throughout the call she was very harsh..

    I have booked my Gas cylinder on 03.3.2011 through on line booking. My Gas Booking registration No. was 297. My Consumer No. is A 00815. My Gas distributor is Amit Gas Agency, Malda, West Bengal. After lapse of about 22 days, I have not received my refilled cylinder. Kindly look in to the matter.

      I had gas connection with consumer no 40475 from Shivanika Enterprises,Delhi(Code-107301).I had transferred connection from Shivanika Enterprises to Shaheed Major sudhir Chhikara,Shahibabad,201005 (Code-244939) with TTV no[protected] on dated 05/03/2011.but till now i have not get connection from Shaheed Major sudhir Chhikara due to transferred process not updated online.

        One of the IOC petrol pump at M/S Sabharwal, R K Puram, Sector 5, New Delhi is cheating the customers. This has happened to me thrice. Whenever a customer asks for petrol amounting to a certain amount, they simply stops the meter at Rs. 100. When asked that it was not Rs. 100, they start the pump again at Rs.100 saying that the balance amount has been filled.Thus they try to cheat a customer by Rs.100 everytime. When I asked for the clarification they started arguing with me. Please try to avoid R K Puram, Sector 5 pertrol pump if possible or get out of your car to check the readings properly before paying them money.

        petrol bunk frauds,
        I said to put for Rs 300 in IOC petrol bunk , madapur, hyderabad he took my credit card and
        started filling, i told him to fill the petrol for Rs. 300 loudely. But i fill the petrol for Rs 50. only. after that i told him, that to fill Rs. 300. then he started from Rs. 50 (with out making the ZERO) and stopped at Rs 250-/. and took Rs. 300/- . i argued with him . but he is not suppose to listion my words. they was happned several times in the same petrol bunk. These indian oil petrols are cheaters.
        not only in this petrol bunks most of the petrol bunks are like this .
        i study in panjab university ,chandigarh .i visited the indian oil petrol pump in sector 15 chandigarh .i asked for Rs. 200/- worth petrol and i kept a constant watch on the meter then suddenly a salesperson came ,and tried to distract my attention by asking me if i want the bill or if i have given the money.during this time the sales person who was filling the tank punched the button (which is used to reset the machine to 0 value) & the reading jumped to Rs 200 ... after talking about the episode to my friends i realized that fellow is cheating everybody.....this is purely day light robbery.please take some action...
        I am doing job in pune. I visited the indian oil petrol pump on Karve Road near Nal Stop. I asked to fill petrol worth Rs. 300/-. But one guy standing other side who was repairing some vehical, took out some petrol to wash something. Then other guy standing my side has lowered the pipe to fill my tank and all petrol was dropped. Then he asked me for 50 Rs. Then I remind him that I asked him to fill petrol worth Rs 300. Then he started to fill and stopped the meter at Rs. 250. I argued with him but he didn't reimburse me. Please help me with this incident. This is not a matter of Rs. 50, but it's a matter of dignity. Indian Oil Corporation has cheated me and robbed me. I will never visit Indian Oil Corporation Petrol Pump situated on Karve Road, near Nal Stop.
        I had gone to indian oil petrol pump and told to fill petrol of 300 rs and in return he filled only 299 and moreover he argues so much and still at the end he didnt gave me 1rs change
        So at that time i didnt say something...
        BUt after reaching home i felt that these is wrong so i went there and talked to there head of petrol station and he also says "ke jane do na " "galti hui hogi" still i took the photographs of both person one is the cheater and the second one maybe hhis partner... I told the manager that these man has cheated me today and he can cheat many others so i asked to register complaint be he didnt... Meanwhile cheater man told that i had 1000 persons daily coming here so i can cheat 1000 and making faces at me... And all group of indian oil started laughing
        After so many troubles he gave 2rs as he dont have change and me too have no change and laughed at me...
        Said " 2rupee mil gaye na tuje aab ja.. Dusro ki chinta mat kar"...

          This is to bring to your kind notice that I had registered my mobile phone number with my gas agency(Bright gas service) to book my refilling of my indane gas cylinder.But everytime I send a SMS to book the cylinder I get an immediate automatic reply that my phone no. is not registered for SMS booking.My agency insists on sms booking.Inspite of repeated complaints the problem is not solved.Kindly take steps to settle the issue immediately.             This is to bring to your notice that consumers of Gandhi Gas Agency of Indian Oil Corporation, located in Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, face a lot of problems in getting refill of their LPG gas cylinders. As per the procedure of Gandhi Gas Agency, booking for a refill cylinder is accepted only after 25 days of supply of the previous cylinder and it takes another 15 days after booking before the cylinder is delivered. It means, a refill cylinder is supplied after a gap of more than 40 days. The personnel manning the gas agency are very inconsiderate, rude and evasive and they don’t listen to the problems of the consumers. Myself and my husband are both in central government service and we face a lot of inconvenience when the gas suddenly runs out.

            You are therefore requested to look into the above problem and redress it expeditiously.

              Respected Sir,
              I have gas connection from tally gas service no-2839 in my name. I have booked for gas delivery on 8.3.2011 and could,nt get the gas cylinder till date last delivery was given to me on 8.2.2011. I have paid three visits to the depot, every time staff says you will get delivery tommorow. Kindly suggest how i will run my kitchen? The land line phone is there but they do\'nt pick the phone.The behaviour of the staff is very rude. They don\'t provide any cell no of owner as well as manager for any complaint. It has also come to my knowledge the staff is selling the cylinders in black.

              WE HAVE 2 GAS CYLINDERS ON THIS CONNECTION AND REGISTERED WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR "B N GUPTA & CO.,", 1-A, NEW VISHWAS NAGAR, SHAHDARA, DELHI - 110032. ALL THE TIMES ONE REFILL IS PROVIDED WHETHER THE BOOKING IS DONE AFTER 21 DAYS, 21 WEEKS OR SO ON................. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN REFILL FOR THE SECOND CYLINDERS. WE FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHERE THE SECOND CYLINDER IS GOING.
              ALL THE TIMES THERE IS ONE REPLY, PURCHASE REFILL FROM THE GODAAM AND WE HAVE TO PAY RS. 500/- FOR THE SAME.
              IS IS JUSTIFIED.

                I am the consumer of Indane gas nagpur under KARUNA GAS surendra nagar, Nagpur. my consumer no is 56235, from last one year facing severe service problam from same agency. After booking gas, it takes more than a month to receive the gas and that to after many visits to their agency. kindly look into the mattar so as to get sevices satisfied.                   BON BON - SAKI NAKA andheri mumbai INDIAN OIL PETROL PUMP is a ' chor'
                  My name is Shruti D'cunha and i work at Andheri Mumbai i own a Ford Figo. There is a huge petrol racket going at BON BON - SAKI NAKA INDIAN OIL PETROL PUMP. On Friday 4th March at around 9:00 pm I filled petrol worth RS 500 at BON BON petrol pump. To my horror when I started the car not even a single drop of petrol was filled though they showed me the zero reading etc. They have some counter at the click of their hand by which they manipulate the petrol filled. My ford Figo shows a ' distance to empty' and gives an alarm at 80 KM distance. Inspite of filling around 8 ;litres petrol the petrol lamp was still showing red. Plus when I tried speaking to them they were very rude including the supervisor at the petrol pump. My bill number is 30761 dated 4/3/11.Then they gave me the owner number MR sachdev [protected] who knows if this is right. He told me to come and speak at the petrol pump to sort this out but I am sure he was not the owner sounded more like a watchman.

                    My consumer number is 26998. My gas distributor is Prabhat Gas Service, Janak Puri, New Delhi, Ph: 25590053. As usual this time again on 19th March 2011 at 3 pm they delivered half-empty gas cylinder. I have been observing this problem since my childhood days. Is this because Indane Gas (IOCL) enjoys natural shield against all mal-practices because it is a PSU.

                    The weight of gas this time is 9 Kg intead of stipulated 14.2 Kg.

                    And, to add to my woes, no body picks up phone -be it Prabhat Gas or Indane Customer Service or the IOCL Area Officer. I have been trying continuosly for the past 3 hours.

                    Indane Gas — Less Weight, gas stove not lighting up

                    Have received Gas cylinder from Gurukripa Gas service which weighs less than usual. The small burner does not light up due to non-availiblity of pressure.
                    If the weight of the cylinder seems to be less and you have opened the seal of the cylinder, then there is nothing that can be done. The right thing to do is to check the cylinder at the time of delivery. These are some points which can help you with that :

                    The lower than usual weight of the cylinder should not be the cause of malfunction in the burner. Even if you get a cylinder of proper weight, you continue to use it till the gas in it is entirely consumed and all through the usage, the stove works properly.
                    There must be something wrong with stove or the rubber tube. Are you using a transparent rubber tube by any chance?

                    Indane gas service - IOCL — less weight gas cylinder delivery

                    sir,
                    i have taken a gas connection from indane's distributor ROHINI ENTERPRISES , ist floor, durga market, paharpur, rohini sector 7, new delhi( ph no. 27041413, 27053496, [protected]) on date[protected]. they send the first cylinder delivery on wednesday,[protected]. yesterday when i was about to install cylinder with my gas stove i suspected that cylider wieght is seem to be less. when i measured the weight it was only 25-26 kg. the cylinder weight is mentioned as 16.3 kg and with gas it must be 30.5 kg. the cylinder seal is intact.

                    please consider this complaint and do the needful at earliest.

                    Dear near ji this is the common Indane User Problem but be have a note that only aware consumer get the remedy those expect other should help them never gets anything.

                    Weighing low is an offence under IPC & a police complaint may be filed for this. Try to caught them red handed after weighing the cylinder & before taking the delivery if low weight is found & with the help of Delivery slip.

                    Also complaint with Indane may be raised via their site.

                      I am Ramanathan, having connection since 1998 initially i had connection with HP at Chennai Poonamallee Sakthi Gas Agency, then we are shifted to Sriperumbudur at 2008, but at the time they is no HP dealer at sriperumbudur so we have transferred our connection to IOC. but now we are settled in our native place of Ambur and we have transferred our connection to Ambur Suriya Indane Gas Agency, Consumer No.5073.

                      We have transferred our connection around 2010 April, but in this one year period we have got only 2 delivery from them, whenever we asking cylinder they told No stock. if stock available they given instruction to us to pay the amount in the agancy office and we have to go their godown place and get the cylinder personally with our risk. they will not deliver to customer place.

                      Please confirm, if this the practice, is there any option to switchover agency from IOC to HP again with the same deposit amount or else i have no option to surrender my connection due to inefeciency of Agency.

                          The complaint of gas leak smell was reported 3 weeks back to Emergency cell- The rep. cam same day by evening & changed the O rings of the cylinder. But the gas leak smell remained. The mechanic said that he would come back with a new tube in one day.
                          As he has not reported even after 4 days we contacted emergency gas cell again who casually informed "it shall be attended"-
                          Now after a week we are yet to see the response, no answers to phone calls to emergency service & no reply to phone calls made to IOC cell.
                          Hi. Is there anybody from this Corporation who is really serious about attending gas leaks on priority ? It seems nobody cares for any accident if happens due to gas leak. No ownership ! No accountability ! I s there anybody who is going to listen ?

                            Kindly take up the matter urgently for delivery of gas in question

                            Indane Domestic Gas — Non Delivery

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            My consumer number is 82826 and my Indane Gas Connection comes under the jurisdiction of Gajanana Enterprises. I booked for a cylinder on 29th of January, but they have not delivered yet. After waiting for so many days, I went to their office today to find out about the matter. One Mr. Raju said, they had sent someone but he returned, but I am always at home during the day time and I have given my mobile number as well in case they miss me. I have two cylinders and they refused to book it for the other cylinder saying I can book it only after twenty days of the first booking. I had done the first booking on 29th January and today it is 20th February which is more than twenty days. I do not understand the nature of customer service at Gajanana Enterprises. Please take serious action. Both my cylinders are empty now.

                              Indane Gas — Delivery Problems

                              Dear Sir/Madam

                              I am a resident of meerut (UP), the gas connection is on the name of my mother Mrs. Nirmala Gupta (Consumer no. H525), the agency which supply gas to us is Chetna Indane gas service (address: shop no. 11, (I) block market, near p.v.s. mall shastri nagar, meerut). The problem we are facing with this agency are:
                              1) Late delivery : We had booked the gas on 18th feb 2009, and we received the cylinder on 5th march 2009 after making 6-7 calls to its consumer support. Moreover the delivery slip which he gave to us is on some other consumer and of 14 feb 2009.
                              2) Unsealed gas: after all the late delivery problem the delivery guy delivered an unsealed cylinder, and when we told him this is an unsealed one he said this is the last one if you need, take it otherwise wait for some more time. in the end we have to take the unsealed on because we are running out of gas from last two days.
                              3) The delivery men doesn't carry weight machine: The delivery men never check weight of the cylinder on delivery.

                              i request your help to take some action against this agency.

                              My self Rashmi Dev. I am the customer of Indian gas since 20 years. I want to complain regarding the services. I want to inform you that on 21 May in night the cylinder was leaked due to regulator safety valve was damages. Next day we complain regarding the incident at dewas agency and we told then that we required the gas urgently but that told us that we would get the gas after 25 days. As for getting the new regulator we also pay Rs. 200.
                              Please look into this matter. And take necessary action.

                              We have a connection from Saila Gas Agency(Suraram Colony, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Ph:[protected]. Every time they ask us to book a cylinder only after 25 days of cynlinder delivery and they deliver it only after 15 days from the date of booking.It really creates a problem for family of 5 members were in we dont have any alternative to cook as well. When we have been there with a empty Cylinder to get a filled Cylinder they refused to give one and spoke in a rude manner even in phone as well at times we called for not receiveing the Cylinder on time.

                              Pls do something about it.
                              Hope an action would be taken against the same.

                              I have booked a gas on 17/08/2009 my Consumer No. is 44028 at Gauri Enterprises, Dada Dev Mandir, Palam, New Delhi 110045 but not delivered till date. After contacting by incharge Mr. Lal Babu, he said that no gas is being supplied from last 10 days. however it seems sometimes that Hawker in connivance with gauri enterprises misuses my number.

Mukul Jain having two LPG Gas conection with M/s Caption Gas Agency at Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad vide K.No. CTV -269 in the name of Sh. Mangal Sin Jain and K.No. 88260 in the name of Sh. Mukul Jain. First connection is more than 18 years old and second is more than 6 months.

                              First complaint is that said agency never given the delivery at my residence at 201 Kaila Gas Ghaziabad hardly 2 or 3 K.m for the agency.

                              Second complaint is that I have booked gas of my brother Sh Mukul Jain on dated 09.02.2011 and the person who booked the gas said that its takes one week for delivery but the gas not deliver within the week , when my brother enquire on dated 23.02.11 they said the gas already deliver to you by Mr. Devkant whose the supplier of Agency, but the fact is that he did not received the Gas.

                              Third Complaint is that their is no gents in the day at home so ist very difficult to carry and bring the clyinder at that place where the delivery man stands and given the delivery in some where in Kailash Nagar and in Peatap Vihar.

                              So, please look the matter and action

                              Last month, on DEC 20th 2011 I had booked a cylinder with Kalpana Indane Gas Agency, RPC LAYOUT VIJAYANAGAR BANGALORE .. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to inquire about it, the staff says that there are no delivery boys so I have to collect the cylinder myself, which I cannot do because I at reside at 2nd floor and I am 56yrs of age and cannot lift the cylinder. I request you to please look into the issue.

                                I am a senior citizen and I am a regular consumer of Indane gas for cooking( consumer No 2831). I wanted to book a gas on the 18th March 2011. To my horror I was told by the distributor TUCS, Tiruvanmiyur that my account has been suspended and have got to get it cleared by the Indane Dept of Indian oil!! The reason he stated was that my last cylinder was ordered more than 6 months ago.Hence as per rules programmed into the IOC computer the number turns out to be under suspension. Indane should be happy that at least there is a person using gas so economically! I am also using the electrical Induction Cooker judiciously. Hence consumption is low. Instead of appreciating my economical use of the Indane gas they have decided to suspend the gas account which is highly objectionable! I request through these columns to inform Indian Oil / Indane Gas Dept that my account should not be suspended , and forthwith lift the suspension to enable me to get a refill.

                                  I am a consumer of LPG Indane Gas with consumer number 39368 and been registered with KFCSC INDANE GAS, 56/1, 4th Main, Hebbal, Bangalore - 560 024. I have booked a cylinder on 3rd March 2013 and the booking reference number is 442869. On 7th March 2013 I got a message stating that against my booking, cash memo 2152 generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly. But I didn't get the cylinder till now. When I went to the agency to enquire about it the staff had a very rude response. This is the second time I am facing the same problem. Kindly take necessary actions.

                                    I (Shiv Kumar Agarwal) am a consumer of Indane Gas. We are facing LPG gas booking and delivery issue with the distributor.
                                    The local gas distributor does not book the gas in time and makes different –different reasons to delay the gas booking. Also after the delayed booking , he also makes different excuses to deliver the gas and makes a long delay in Gas delivering.

                                    Indane Gas — Delivery Issue

                                    Maruthi- Indane Distriutor, 1/1 Welcome Colony, Anna Nagar West Extn., Chennai- 600 101.

                                    I have booked a gas cylinder 20 days before and still the cylinder has not been delivered. Inspite of calling few times on this failure of delivery there is no proper response from the distributor for the same. One standard reply is will be delivered next week but this is not adhered. Poor service!

                                        Please cheque and kildly deliver filled LPG gas cylinder timely your distributions deliver too late appros 40-45 days later deliver ,Laxmangarh Gas Service not booked any pass book after 30 days. he talk to pepole we have deliver to you gas cylinder at your home after 30 days of before deliverly,sie not proper deliverly system not proper spot for deliverly.I have rerceived my LPG last month dt 12.2.2011,I phoned so many times to LPG Deliverly boy Mr. Gos Mohmad and Office Person Mr. Shanker,but still I have not received my LPG Cylinder .
                                        Sir, I am request to you kindly take necessary and permanent action for consumer to provided home delivery LPG after 21 days of before delivery by Laxmangarh Gas Service,Laxmangarh(Sikar) Rajsthan.332311.

                                        Rasoi Gas of Indian Oil Corporation of India — Delay about submission of Gas Cylinder.

                                        I am a consumer of Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation of India through your authorized agency M/s. C. Lal & Sons (GAS), 1423, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110006 and my Consumer Number is 17990.

                                        I have booked for gas cylinder on 12.11.2009 , but I did not receive my Gas Cylinder till 27.11.2009. In this regard, no response from the Agency and all the telephone numbers every time showing busy. C.Lal & Sons Telephone Nos.23968528, 23915293 and 23963517. This situation is not arising first time; we are facing this situation for the last 6 months. This leads me delay in booking my next cylinder, causing lot of inconvenience.

                                        I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

                                        I look forward for your earliest action and reply.
