[Resolved] Indane Gas - Nanda Gas Agency ,chennai,saligramam — Mistreated their customers | |||
Sir, It's my fate, I got Indane gas connection from Nanda gas agency,Chennai-the worst Indane agency located in my area. I am using their service since 2008. Really I don't have any words to describe them. People are very harsh and irresponsible. We can't reach them over phone-they won't pick up ur call easily. For any request, you have to reach their office and don't forget to follow-up 3 or 4 times. For getting additional cyliner connection I went 20 times in 9 months. They will say something if I go and ask about my request.They didn't sent the letter for Addition cylinder even though Govt release the order, to get the letter I went 5 times in 2 week. And Gas delivery boys are forcing us topay some extra (Rs 15/20)particular amount of money apart from original cylinder cost. For any reason even if you give less than the money they wanted you will get scolded and they won't deliver next time properly. If you know anyone working in Nanda gas agency , you will get done the work soon because people like Mr.Chandrasekar are there. You can simply give some extra money and finish your work. Nanda gas agency is not bothered about their service. But they need money from people. Is this a way to run a business and earn money. For a Common middle class men, experience with Nanda gas agency is painful and heartbreaking. Is there not any way to control these kind of Gas agencies? Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes I agree, I too paying additional amount Rs.30 per cylinder. who fix this amount? Who start this kind of system? If we ask y i want to pay additional money simply they r telling everyone giving y u r not??? Who educate this kind of system??? I have a question, why we r giving the address?? for deliver to door step, I think soo... If it is First floor or second floor the charges will be different... Really fed up... very worst agency..

I spoke to an agency in vadapalani for an emergency purpose . First time we are calling this number for an emergency that our gas has been leaking.. The way she responded was absolutely harsh.. she asked me the bill number in which I have provided the bill number correctly but she denied saying that this is not the number..
She told me to call again and didnt respond us properly..
we called another agency and got information and she responded that we can get customer details through mobile number too..
Then we called the same agency and told the bill number.. she atlast said that she will send agency..
Throughout the call she was very harsh..
