There is a strong leakage of gas from the new cylinder supplied by Shree Bajrang Indane Gas Supply, Sonari, Kagalnagar, Jamshedpur.

When the complaint was lodged they reported that it will be attended within 10 minutes but still after 2 hours no one has reached my residence. On calling back they said that their mechanic has left their office and will attend the call when our time comes in the queue.

If gas leakage is treated as an ordinary call then what is the safety norms that Indane is following. I have been also advised by the supplier that I should remove the cylinder to the outside and wait till their mechanic arrives. What I would like to know who will compensate me for the gas loss and also for the security of the cylinder.

I request you to kindly take the necessary action and give us proper solution at the earliest, though I know that this whole issue of writing this complain is futile for no one bothers to even look into such case from your end too.

Gas cylinder was supplied to me ( Customer No. 21990) on the 3rd of July 2008 at 11:00 am. The payment was made by cash memo no. 11575 and was stored properly in a cool and dry place. Subsequently, around 11:30 a.m we smelled gas and found that there was leakage in the sealed cylinder.Immediately the leakage was complained to Nedus Distribitors(Distributor for Indane) at 11:30 a.m. A mechanic was sent on the same day at about 5.00 p.m. and confirmed the leakage and a complaint slip was issued. He assured that the same would be replaced the next day.
We regret that till this time no action has been taken and the cylinder has been stored safely with intact seal.
On 7th July, our representative visited the distributor's shop at about 9:30 a.m. The complaint slip was taken back from him by the distributor and he was told that the action will be taken after consulting the mechanic.
This is highly irregular and we will appreciate replacement of the sealed and intact cylinder without leakage immediately.
After opening the seal of an Indane gas that was just delivered, I have given the gas regulator connection. After connecting the regulator, I have just opened regulator's Knob. I heard the gas cylinder leaking noise clearly. I thought that I ll have to connect properly and tried again. Even after connecting properly the gas was leaking after opening regulators knob. Then I inspected properly the difference between the empty cylinder and the new one. The new cylinder had a defect. A rubber washer was missing in the delivered cylinder. This was the reason for the leakage. I was surprised that the cylinder had escaped so much of security checks that Indian oil company would have at their factory. This shows that some loop hole definitely exist in the company's security policy.
Now a days even HPC Cylinders delivered have some defective rubber washers. This may be due to excess heat to which cylinders are exposed. However, they have to check before delivering the same to avoid possible major accidents.

we are trying to reach all numbers[protected]/11/22, [protected] and J&K agency of Nacharam Hyderabad regarding Gas leakage problem and one person came rectified but this problem for few days and again Gas leakage started and we are trying to reach every number but no response.
finally we reached [protected] at 6.30PM they said person is coming till today moring no one reported on this. Gas Agency are taking very light on this compilants. God only save the public.

    On 18th November 2010, I took a Indiane cooking gas connection from Radha - Krishna Indane, wanawadi, Jambhulkar Chowk, Pune - 411040. Below are the details:

    I got my house shifted to Hijewadi, Pune. On 24th March 2011, Radha Krishna Indane gas agency gave me "Transfer Termination Voucher" and informed me that I will continue getting the service from Guruprasad Indane Gas Agency located at Survey No.41/2, Chintamani Nagar Pune.
    Guruprasad Indane Gas Agency at Aundh informed us later that they will not accept the trasfer document as they provide the service only till Wakad area and do not cover Hinjewad. Guruprasad Indane Gas Agency also asked us to surrender the connection and take HP or Bharat gas connection.
    If I would have known that Indane gas do not provide services to all the locations in India, then I would have never taken a connection from it. Our 1st cylinder is already empty and we are running our second cylinder. I have 4 people at my house & if the second cylinder gets empty, then it will be a very bad experience.
    Request you to suggest as to what action need to be taken to get this issue resolved?

      This petrol pump tried to cheat by distracting me while filling fuel in my car. On request to fill Petrol worth Rs.1000/- the attendant stopped at Rs.200/- claiming that i had requested for only Rs.200/- and questioned me about the credit card that I was going to make payment with. In the mean time 2-3 attendants came to my window and blocked my view of the meter. In the course of the conversation they told me that to complete my request for Rs.1000/- they would fill additional Rs.800/-. This time he did not show me the meter reading before he begun to fill fuel. On completion my credit card was charged for Rs.1000/- and a bill was issued.
      I was suspicious that the fuel gauge did not indicate that 15.8 liters had been filled hence I turned around and went back to the attendant questioning them about the quantity of fuel dispensed. On realizing that i had comprehended the situation; the attendant agreed to fill fuel for an additional Rs.200/- before i could raise an alarm in front of the other customers. They apologized for the incident claiming oversight.

      Hope to bring this incident to the attention of all motorists who travel alone and are easy targets of fuel attendants. My presence of mind and quick think helped me over come this situation without any loss.

      Request you to take up such incidents through your able committee.

        mera gas khatm hone ke baad number lagaaya tha 21 march ko lekin har baar poochhne par zabaab milta tha ki 2-3 din main cylender pahuncha denge or jab 31st march ko phir se poochhte main to zabaab milta hai ki aapka number to aaj hi lagaa hai aapki gas to 25 april tak pahunchegi
        kya aisa koi niyam hai ki number lagane ke ek mahine baad gas pahunche????????????????????????????????????????????????????

          I am the regular customer of the Indane gas service.My customer no. is 7510 at above agency.Sir, after booking of the LPG, they will delivery after 12-15 days.always they will send refile late. Every winter & Summer season we had facing lot of trouble,How to survive my family without LPG.Please take necessary steps to provide LPG regularly in time.Hope you will take appropriate steps in this matter.

          Indane LPG (IOC) — Delivered Leakage Cylinder

          We are a LPG consumer of R. K. AGENCIES, F-10, Hauz Rani, New Delhi 110017.
          On 7th July (Monday) we have booked a LPG cylinder with RK and on 8th July (Tuesday) they have delivered a cylinder which is continously leaking. Despite of our repeated request to the agency (RK) and their as usual false commitment, we are still (at 11:00 P.M.) surviving with LPG smell in our entire premises. As we all know that it is very dangerous to inhale this Gas and also dangerous from safety point.
          Therefore, I would request to the concern authority to take an appropriate action against the agency and arrange to replace the faulty cylinder without any further delay.

            we the resident of khem karan, wants to bring a very important matter in front of the forum, we have only one petrol p[ump in our area, that petrol pump is selling impure petrol and disel. we aproached the owner of the station, but he ignored the matter, and was rude with the residents. we really are facing a lot of problems due to this issue. and please we want the forum to take an appropriate action against the owner. being a faithful citizen, we want to stop this cheating and need justice for the suffering we are facing.

              Problem is that when I knew than our Booking card is missed than I went it's office for block this number..But they ask for Original Paper...When I went with original paper than ask for FIR. Than I applied for FIR on Gonda Thana Kanke. after that I went with all original paper and FIR paper on 25th of March. and show all relevant Paper to manager..But Manager ask afidivt. when I completed all document .Manager is not available from 26 of march. after asking from employee thy tell me he came tomorrow after tomorrow. I have urgently to do this work..and i have to block that card that can impossible to book this card to other people who found it.

                I (Kapil Sood) have been booking my gas cylinder for the last 20 days but there is no response from any of the side. My consumer no. is 05058 of Sharma Gas company, uttam nagar, new delhi. Through IVRS I booked three times my gas cylinder but it replies that we are unable to help u. and through Email it shows that your email address is not valid or the password has got corrupted. Today I went to my dealr the Sharma Gas Agency gave me a telephone No. [protected] of Ms. Manjari Tiwari dealing with the complaints regarding Indian Oil Corporation, west delhi. But this telephone No. is not available all the time on contacting.
                Therefore, requested that my complaint must be resolved soon so that I can book my gas cylinder easily. or this complaint may kindly be forwarded to Ms. Manjari Tiwari, Sales officer, Indian Oil Corporation. west delhi.

                    To IOC, I've been the customer for the past 26 years. I've shifted my house to Khairatabad last year. Sice then I come under GNS Gas Services, Shantinagar, Hyderabad. They are worst Indane gas distributor, I've ever seen in all these 26 years. In Hyderabad there are many distributor who have supplied gas in just two days, but this GNS Gas services, I dont know why they take more then 10 days to supply gas cylinder. My Cash bill is ready and till now my gas has not been delivered. This situation I've been facing for more then a year. I request the IOC, Hyderabad authorities to look into the matter and make sure that consumer get the best services.
                    ( * Note : If he cannot distribute the gas supply, please give the distribution to me or any other distributor, who can supply the Indane gas cylinders on time.)

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that my father aged about 76 years by
                      the name of Sri Brahma Moy Mukherjee
                      is one of the customers of LPG under your Dealer M/s Suravi Gas Agency, City
                      Centre, Durgapur - 16. My fathers
                      customer number is LT 896. We have got 2 connection both in my fathers name,
                      but you will be astonished to
                      know that both the cylinders get empty every time. There is irregular supply
                      of cylinders and most of the people
                      have to carry cylinders in their private vehicle or by other means and
                      literally plead the dealer for a cylinder.

                      We have booked 1 cylinder on 23rd February 2011 serial number 7007, and both
                      our cylinders are empty, its more then
                      seven days and we have to borrow cylinders from neighbor in order to
                      maintain our daily course.We have heard that
                      Indian Oil is reputed for its overall service to its valued customers and
                      cylinders are delivered within 22 days from booking date.
                      In our locality most of the people are retired and aged person, and it
                      doesn't look good to see aged people are carrying their
                      cylinders and requesting a dealer.

                      This is a mail not only from my father, but for the entire aged people of
                      this area, requesting you to pay your kind
                      attention to the above matter.

                        There is no information given on the change of booking number for LPG gas by IOCL they simple changed it and when we want to reconfirm that whether its booked we are not but all effort gets wasted. Then I tried customer care after waiting for half an hour on the phone they simply disconnect the call. Distributor donot pick the call as they say all bookings will be done online. How should I confirm that wheteher LPG is booked booked or not. My LPG Consumer No is - 40965 on the name of Raj Rani Gupta (My Grandmother).

                        Dear Sir;

                        I have booked my Gas on Dt:-- 11/09/11, Registration No:-05 from Yadu Indane Gas Sewa, Sahibabad. Distt:-Ghaziabad. But still they have not delivered the Gas at my residence. I have tried to contact with them on Phone/Mob. but no response was from their side.They have given so many Ph.Nos./Mob.Nos. but all are useless.Nobody response on Phone calls.

                        So it is very difficult to get the Gas from such a Dealer who don't values the Customers.

                        Kindly arrange to get the system correct.So that customer should not embarrassed.

                        The services of Yadu Indane Gas Sewa is not satisfactory.Nither they supply the Gas on time Nor there Gas weight is as per required wt. They do something wrong in Gas Weighing. So I request you to kindly check the matter .

                        Their Customer Care Service is so poor . they don't care for the Customers requirements / complaints. I really feel sorry for their services.

                          I am having a gas connection with Indane (Indial Oil). My consumer no. is 20022 with Vasantkunj Gas Services. Now this agency is blocked and when i am trying to book my gas online i am not able to do as my no. is showing as not valid. During past 1-1.5 year i was not residing in Delhi due to my office work hence there was no booking/other transactions during this period. Now again I am in Delhi and in urgent need of gas booking. Please suggest me.

                            Customer complaint number given by Indane Gas [protected] is a fraud with the guileless consumers.

                            My coinsumer number is 26998. My distributor is Prabhat Gas Serv ice, Janakapuri, New Delhi-58.

                            I had lodged a compaint regarding supply of half-filled gas cylinder on 19th March 2011. Shockingly, without taking any action, my complaint was closed on 24th Mqrch.

                            I wanted to lodge a fresh complaint on the above number. On the first instance, I was kept on hold for 20 minutes and finally the call got disconnected. Second time, even worse was in store for me. I was kept on hold for One and a Half hours before my call got disconnected again.

                            Will the Management of Indian Oil or the Minister look at the state of affairs of this PSU which seems in total disarray.

                            Will some one pay heed to my complaint and replace my half-empty gas cylinder.

                                Sir, my consumer no. is PB/00365 from Padmaja Gas Agency, Guwahati, code 79160431 make a request to strictly adhere to the monitoring of filling of gas cylinders as because when the gas vendors come with the cylinders, lot of foul smell is been found and they have answers if asked the reasons for this. Consequence is short span of its use under a normal use of a family of 4 members who do not use gas to heat the water even.

                                  It's my fate, I got Indane gas connection from Nanda gas agency,Chennai-the worst Indane agency located in my area. I am using their service since 2008. Really I don't have any words to describe them. People are very harsh and irresponsible. We can't reach them over phone-they won't pick up ur call easily. For any request, you have to reach their office and don't forget to follow-up 3 or 4 times. For getting additional cyliner connection I went 20 times in 9 months. They will say something if I go and ask about my request.They didn't sent the letter for Addition cylinder even though Govt release the order, to get the letter I went 5 times in 2 week. And Gas delivery boys are forcing us topay some extra (Rs 15/20)particular amount of money apart from original cylinder cost. For any reason even if you give less than the money they wanted you will get scolded and they won't deliver next time properly.

                                  If you know anyone working in Nanda gas agency , you will get done the work soon because people like Mr.Chandrasekar are there. You can simply give some extra money and finish your work.

                                  Nanda gas agency is not bothered about their service. But they need money from people. Is this a way to run a business and earn money.

                                  For a Common middle class men, experience with Nanda gas agency is painful and heartbreaking.

                                  Is there not any way to control these kind of Gas agencies?

                                  Yes I agree, I too paying additional amount Rs.30 per cylinder. who fix this amount? Who start this kind of system? If we ask y i want to pay additional money simply they r telling everyone giving y u r not??? Who educate this kind of system??? I have a question, why we r giving the address?? for deliver to door step, I think soo... If it is First floor or second floor the charges will be different... Really fed up... very worst agency..
                                  I spoke to an agency in vadapalani for an emergency purpose . First time we are calling this number for an emergency that our gas has been leaking.. The way she responded was absolutely harsh.. she asked me the bill number in which I have provided the bill number correctly but she denied saying that this is not the number..

                                  She told me to call again and didnt respond us properly..

                                  we called another agency and got information and she responded that we can get customer details through mobile number too..

                                  Then we called the same agency and told the bill number.. she atlast said that she will send agency..
                                  Throughout the call she was very harsh..

                                    I have booked my Gas cylinder on 03.3.2011 through on line booking. My Gas Booking registration No. was 297. My Consumer No. is A 00815. My Gas distributor is Amit Gas Agency, Malda, West Bengal. After lapse of about 22 days, I have not received my refilled cylinder. Kindly look in to the matter.

                                      I had gas connection with consumer no 40475 from Shivanika Enterprises,Delhi(Code-107301).I had transferred connection from Shivanika Enterprises to Shaheed Major sudhir Chhikara,Shahibabad,201005 (Code-244939) with TTV no[protected] on dated 05/03/2011.but till now i have not get connection from Shaheed Major sudhir Chhikara due to transferred process not updated online.

                                        One of the IOC petrol pump at M/S Sabharwal, R K Puram, Sector 5, New Delhi is cheating the customers. This has happened to me thrice. Whenever a customer asks for petrol amounting to a certain amount, they simply stops the meter at Rs. 100. When asked that it was not Rs. 100, they start the pump again at Rs.100 saying that the balance amount has been filled.Thus they try to cheat a customer by Rs.100 everytime. When I asked for the clarification they started arguing with me. Please try to avoid R K Puram, Sector 5 pertrol pump if possible or get out of your car to check the readings properly before paying them money.

                                        petrol bunk frauds,
                                        I said to put for Rs 300 in IOC petrol bunk , madapur, hyderabad he took my credit card and
                                        started filling, i told him to fill the petrol for Rs. 300 loudely. But i fill the petrol for Rs 50. only. after that i told him, that to fill Rs. 300. then he started from Rs. 50 (with out making the ZERO) and stopped at Rs 250-/. and took Rs. 300/- . i argued with him . but he is not suppose to listion my words. they was happned several times in the same petrol bunk. These indian oil petrols are cheaters.
                                        not only in this petrol bunks most of the petrol bunks are like this .
                                        i study in panjab university ,chandigarh .i visited the indian oil petrol pump in sector 15 chandigarh .i asked for Rs. 200/- worth petrol and i kept a constant watch on the meter then suddenly a salesperson came ,and tried to distract my attention by asking me if i want the bill or if i have given the money.during this time the sales person who was filling the tank punched the button (which is used to reset the machine to 0 value) & the reading jumped to Rs 200 ... after talking about the episode to my friends i realized that fellow is cheating everybody.....this is purely day light robbery.please take some action...
                                        I am doing job in pune. I visited the indian oil petrol pump on Karve Road near Nal Stop. I asked to fill petrol worth Rs. 300/-. But one guy standing other side who was repairing some vehical, took out some petrol to wash something. Then other guy standing my side has lowered the pipe to fill my tank and all petrol was dropped. Then he asked me for 50 Rs. Then I remind him that I asked him to fill petrol worth Rs 300. Then he started to fill and stopped the meter at Rs. 250. I argued with him but he didn't reimburse me. Please help me with this incident. This is not a matter of Rs. 50, but it's a matter of dignity. Indian Oil Corporation has cheated me and robbed me. I will never visit Indian Oil Corporation Petrol Pump situated on Karve Road, near Nal Stop.
                                        I had gone to indian oil petrol pump and told to fill petrol of 300 rs and in return he filled only 299 and moreover he argues so much and still at the end he didnt gave me 1rs change
                                        So at that time i didnt say something...
                                        BUt after reaching home i felt that these is wrong so i went there and talked to there head of petrol station and he also says "ke jane do na " "galti hui hogi" still i took the photographs of both person one is the cheater and the second one maybe hhis partner... I told the manager that these man has cheated me today and he can cheat many others so i asked to register complaint be he didnt... Meanwhile cheater man told that i had 1000 persons daily coming here so i can cheat 1000 and making faces at me... And all group of indian oil started laughing
                                        After so many troubles he gave 2rs as he dont have change and me too have no change and laughed at me...
                                        Said " 2rupee mil gaye na tuje aab ja.. Dusro ki chinta mat kar"...
