I am a domestic consumer of Indane Gas.Co No 18074.Gas franchisee Kamala Gas Agency, Cenemaparampu, Poruvazhy, Kollam Dt Kerala .I have booked to refill gas on 03/02/2013. Booking No 1964.But the agency has not Supplied my lpg gas cylinder. Many times I have called them, but there was no replay in this matter.
Kindly may take necessary action in this matter.

My name is Biju.VP and my consumer no: 6771. My Gas Agency Malayalam Indane Gas Agency, Keezhariyur (P.O), Kozhikode (Dt). I had booked the gas on 2nd July 2013. Major problem is that the phone is always engaged, if phone ringed; not attend the call. I called more than 100 times in a day. Their replying no stock cylindar if attend the call. Some times they told the Gas vehicle maybe come Thursday or Friday. No Sure. Repeating this every week. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I booked a cylinder Two months back.My consumer no is46386.But the cylinder isnot deliverd to me till date.Due to bad service can I transfer the gas connection to another Indane agency for better service.My gas agency name is Anand Gas Agenceis In Palarivattom, Kochi

I am a consumer of Baby gas, Adoor.I have been trying to book a refill since last two month .Each time I book on line, the message I get is the same old booked number and the same date which the cylinder was issued.When I enquired about the problem for on line booking at my gas agency, the reply is to take my phone and my customer card to their office.

I would like to bring to to your notice that we, the residents of kunnoth, kelanpeedika, kannur, Iritty are facing great problem in getting gas cylinder at the correct time, from Indane gas Agency Iritty, . My name is Ranjith Varkey and my consumer no: 1191411had booked the gas on 12th Sept and after prolonged delay and continuous request, the gas not delivered till now We have a feeling that they are selling these cylinders for extra money outside. Another thing is that the phone is always engaged, making it difficult for us to book the cylinder.and also they are threatening to us with bad words Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
