[Resolved]  India Bulls — No salary settlement after 1 year

I worked with IndiaBulls at Jaipur as AVP. I worked there from November 2007 to October 2008.
They have not paid me for the month of July and september 2008.

I have taken no clearance certificate and done all the formalities to initiate my fiinal settlement.
Its been almost one year no settlement has been done and they say they are not going to do it.
The amount is almost one lacs.

Please help me get the money as I am suffering from financial crisis now.
