[Resolved] India Bulls — Wrong Commitment - Cheating the Customers | |||
INDIABULLS Coimbatore Office executives worng commitments to the customers and not doing any service for the loans and collecting the payment only for collecting the xerox papers. The following works are not done in our loan Site Visit Legal Verification Personal verification. This was accepted / confirmed by your branch manger Mr.Senthil Kumar With out doing any work , Simply said that the loan is not possible and collects the processing charge. [ the above statement is alos accepted by Mr.Senthi , Manager ] Indiabulls simply collecting money from customer for upfront fee and holding the customer for one month and tell that the loan is not proceed. Strong recommendation before going the INDIABULLS coimbatore branch for any loan purpose think twice and contact them. I Had very worst response from the local branch peoples. I have got one call from my new RM.. how many ruppees you want to invest in share.. I told her..10K.. she told me.. u take Rs.10K smart trading plan, , its beneficial to you.. but not tell whats the thing in detail.. she tooks 11K cheque from me..after that she told me.. give me another 10K cheque for margin call.. actually.. I not understand why she ask for another cheque.. but then I had given another 10K.. then I told her.. pls buy some share for me.. so she told me told trade in equity .. u trade in future option.. I don't what she told me to buy.. then within 2 or 3 transaction.. my account showing 5K debit.. then again she ask me for another 10K.. for margin call.. when i refuse then she sold my portfolio of Rs.8.5K.. & also took 5K for margin call..I was shocked... why these people wrongly commmitment & advise given to client & loot to client.. Indiabull is big fraud.. fraud.. fraud... fraud.. don't deal with Indiabull..
