India Florist Network — non delivery of product

I had placed an order through india florist network website and am sorry to say what was ordered and what came to me for delivery; there is a huge mismatch and when i refused to accept the delivery and asked the person to make the right delivery, they were rude enough to say accept if you want or the payment has already been received by us and we don't care and would not refund in any case.
if this is the kind of services you promise i have paid for the services i have not received and feel cheated.
there is no question i am using your services again in future and would make it a point to pin point my experience with your website where ever possible. and would also speak to my credit card company to stop the payment.

india florist network — NON DELIVERY ON TIME

Hi,

I sent my brother Rakhi Gift who is in Paris, france through India Florist Network. They charged me Rs.1152 for delivery in 4-5 days. I ordered this Rakhi gift 1 month before. But still he has not received the Rakhi. When I communicated about this to INDIA FLORIST NETWORK and they told receipient to track it. When my brother tracked it they told it is scheduled to deliver on Tuesday or he has to go and collect it from DHL center, which is far from his place.

Hello Sir,

This is regarding the flower and dryfruits delivery in Bangalore.

I have given a delivery date as 27th August 12:00 AM for the delivery of the gift. Ordered under the field of Mid night delivery. I had called at 11:00 PM on 26th to confirm the status and he said it will be delivered at 12:15 AM and I even mentined that receipient will not be available after 04 AM please deliver it in time.. But it was not delivered in time. Then I gave call at 1:00 AM to know the status and mentioned the same... But he said will try our best.. he did not mentione dme any date problem there. And it was not delivered. For delivery he has come at 10 PM on 27th August. I have rejected the delivery because now there is no one at home and i dont want the delivery to be done at that time and I want the money back in my account. Such a worst service these people are providing and the person who talks to me teaches me the time zone saying that you should mention it as 26 AM for the 27th AM delivery. Its such worst site which demolishes all the surprises which we have planeed and worst service has been provided. This is second instance which is happeneing. I need my money back. I dont want these people to eat people money without doing the service which they need to do. After I complain he tell me the
