I AM VERY UPSAT WITH IIL CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY ID IS HENAQ786 AND MY RM IS MR.SUGANDH GUPTA ([protected]). I HAVE CLOSED MY AXIS ACCOUNT NO WHICH IS REGISTERED WITH YOU. NOW I HAVE CHANGE MY ACCOUNT NO WITH AXIS BANK. I HAVE GIVEN MY NEW ACCOUNT NO DETAILS WITH A CANCEL CHECK OF MY NEW ACCOUNT TO SUGANDH GUPTA 2 MONTHS BACK BUT TILL TODAY MY NEW ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED IN MY TRADE ACCOUNT. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES TO SUGANDH BUT EVERY TIME I GOT NEW EXCUSE FROM HIM BUT NO SOLUTION. Was this information helpful? | |||
