[Resolved] India Infoline + SEBI — Unauthorised Trade .. No Action | |
I have a demat a/c with IndiaInfoline. There was unauthorised trade in my a/c. Instead of 4 times they used about 25 times exposer to book me a loss of my entire a/c value, without my knowledge. When contacted their Branch Manager (kolkata) TUHIN DAS did not take the call. from the customer care the reply was like .. "The RM who operated the A/c has left the job.. so there is none to take responsibility of the Loss" I have lodged complain to SEBi as well, but without any result. Now I am again facing similar Problem with Religare Commodities as well. IS THERE ANY WAY THAT SMALL INVESTERS CAN BE GIVEN JUSTISE. PLEASE HELP... Was this information helpful? | |

i have an acount in GLOB CAPITAL MARKET LTD. the agent of this company named deepak sharma has cheated my by investing my all money in satyam computers without my permission Such behaviour of shri deepak sharma is highly objectionable, irregular and against the law . some stern action should be taken against him or ask him to give my money back . he kept me in dark he has ruined me just to take some mere commision .

Respect Sir,
I (Vinotha9) A/c [protected] had account with INDIA INFOLINE, Chandanagar Branch, A.P from 23 OCT 2009 to till date.
I have credited physical shares of Infotech Enterprises Ltd on dt: 27Oct 2009 around 375 shares and later 1125 shares of Infotech Enterprises in the month of Nov 2009.
I HAVE BEEN INFORMING THEM NOT TO DO ANY TRANSACTION WITH RESPECT TO MY INFOTECH SHARES WITH OUT MY CONCERN.
But with out my permission India Infoline has purchased SESA GOA shares of quantity 3000 on average of Rs 354.00 each .
When I asked India Info line Executive, he said that we are investing from our company’s amount, so nothing to worry about your Infotech shares, he has shown Infotech shares(1125) and taken signature from me.
But later to my shock I have received a message on my mobile that 1125 shares of Infotech Enterprises Ltd, has been debited .
When I have enquired the same, the executive said no madam nothing of that has happened.
Next day I have received a call from Mr.Ananth Reddy of India Infoline, Chandanagar Branch regarding the purchase.I informed him that I doesn’t know anything about transaction’s said Mr.SRINIVAS of IndiaInfoline is taking care of everything, because I don’t have any knowledge about share market.
IF ANYONE(CUSTOMER) DOES’T KNOW ABOUT SHARE MARKET, YOUR EXECUTIVE HAS TO EXPLIAN ALL OPTION BEFORE DOING ANY TRANSACTION.NOT TO TAKE A OWN DECISION.AFTER GETTING INTO LOSS THEY ARE EXPLIAINING EVERYTHING.THIS IS SIMPLY CHEATING.
They have kept my total Infotech shares as a margin, to buy SESAGOA shares and used even FEATURE OPTION without my concern (he hasn’t explained regarding margin and feature options).i have been asking them regarding that, they showed me a loss of Rs4, 00, 000/-later.India info line has taken own decision on my shares and maid investment, in turn created a loss of Rs 4, 00, 000/-( infotech shares of 1125 quantity).
We met Mr.PAVAN KUMAR(Branch Manager, Chandanagar), he has promised to solve the issue after discussing with Mr.T.Chandra sekhara reddy(Asst Vice President) and S.Vijay Bharath Reddy (Territory Manager).After 3 days they called us for meeting and again they have promised to give a solution and they had given the date, but they didn’t respond to particular date.again they have called me and informed that the issue will be solved within 3days .After this both Mr.T.Chandra sekhara reddy(Asst Vice President) and Mr.S.Vijay Bharath Reddy (Territory Manager) called for a meeting and promise to solve this issue but till now I haven’t find any solution.They have made me A LOSS OF 4, 00, 000 (1125 INFOTECH SHARES )of India Info line, Chandanagar Branch after taking decision on their own.
Most disappointing thing in the whole issue is VERY VERY VERY BAD RESPONSE FROM BOTH THE TOP BOSS OF INDIA INFO LINE MR. T. Chandra sekhara reddy (Asst Vice President) and Mr. S. Vijay Bharath Reddy (Territory Manager).
