[Resolved] India Plaza — Product not delivered/no response to complaints or tickets | |||
I have booked a nokia lumia 800 mobile for Rs.18990 from indiaplaza on 5/1/2013. The delivery mentioned in the website was 3 days, But till date i have not got any information on the same. They keep on constantly rescheduling the delivery dates without any information. i have raised 3 tickets and none has been replied with concrete statements. Their customer care is pathetic. we need to wait for half an hour to speak with a person which is intolerable. I had finally tried to cancel the order but again there is no reply from their end.
