[Resolved]  India Post — parcel missing item

i latha suresh residing in noida sent a parcel to tirucharapalli,tamil nadu on the 21st october 2010 weighing 9230gms, containing sarres sent for diwali ,total sarres were 22, the booking slip says rp a 2722 counter no: 1,op - code ask, the parcel was asked to pick up the receiver on the 27/10/10, only 7 sarres were inside , the parcel ws open, neither the noida sector 19 post office from the parcel was sent nor the tricirapalli post office taking responsibility for the incident caused.
