[Resolved] India Souq — ECommerce Fraud | |||
India souq advertised through a page in facebook (http://www.facebook.com/IndiaSouqIndia). It was selling Samsung Galaxy S2 at Rs 10000. I bought the product for Cash On Delivery on 16th August . I tried to contact their customer care number ( +91 [protected]) which was again either out of reach or switched off. I even left a message at the websites' message box,but again no response.I even mailed them but yet got no reply. To add to my excruciating experience I sent a message on facebook, but there is no reply. The website is down since 3-4 days. It had been 6 days since the day I ordered and yet the order status is still showing pending on their website, and the company cannot be reached by any means whatsoever. I tried all means possible to reach them,but all was futile. KINDLY TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY AND PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK Was this information helpful? | |||

India Souq — Fraud with me
I ordered the LG32 inch LED TV to the company at 20/08/2013. Paid Rs 16985 by SBI credit card online. after that i am not receiving any mail or sms from company. i tried their customer care no but it is switch off.i tried to open their site but that is also closed in just 1 day. Now what can i do for this.
