[Resolved]  India Today Book Club — PARCEL NOT DELIVERED SINCE 5 MONTHS

Hi,

I had placed the order to India Today Book Club in the month of October order number is OGAO80136551 with order value of Rs. 574/- it's almost five months that I have not received it, whenever i call the customer care number the executives give me false assurance that they will dispatch my order and within15 working days i will receive it but to my dismay till date I have not received it.

I have spoken to few customer care executives like Ravindra Kumar, Sunil Sahu and Anant Kumar.

As i have lost all hoes from India Today Book Club, I kindly request you to look into the matter.

Please see the below cnain of mails i had sent them enquiring about the parcel.
