On July 24, 2008, I placed an order with ITBC for 3 CD for Rs. 499 + Rs. 75 towards postage & handling. The said order was received here on Sep. 06. Along with the 3 CD, there was a promotional offer of a Tupperware box & a gift voucher worth Rs. 5, 000/- towards Surat diamonds.
However, I am yet to receive the so called free gifts. Repeated reminders to ITBC have been sent via email and I have made at least five phone calls. Much to my dismay, the issue is pending.

I have purchased 16 CDs for Rs 2599/- from India today book club through internet. At the time of purchase it was informed that I would be getting free air ticket of Rs.7000/- and some other gift coupon. But the same has not been received. There is no response on tel[protected]. what is this? this is supposed to be a reputed organisation.My details are as under,
