This refers to the telecom we had. about 11 days ago where in you assured me that the Rebook Shoes for which I have already paid long time ago will be delivered within a week. It is more than 10 days & I haven't received them. Nobody answers the phone call also.

I guess its time that I go to the consumer court, as all that I am asked to do is have patience.

Do inform your seniors that if I do not receive written status on the shoes by today evening I will have no other alternative but to initiate suitable legal action against you at your cost & consequences.

It has been almost 1 year since I paid the money for books + free gifts

including Adidas Shoes (Size 6)



Somewhere in January 2009 I received a letter from you saying that instead

of Adidas shoes you will be sending Rebook shoes. An amount of Rs. 748/- was

also debited from my credit card.



I have been constantly following for non-receipt of shoes. Everytime I am

assured that it will be sent in 15-20 days, however it is not being done.



This is last & final warning. If I do not receive the shoes within 15 days

of sending this e-mail, I will have no other alternative but to go to

consumer court for legal remedies.
