Dear Sir,
this is to let you know that i got a special offer of holiday pakages
and other things as an ITBC member (ITBC[protected] against the purchas
eof 16 cd pack of indian classical music.i was given a unique no
[protected]A10000635 against which by logging on i took the print out of
booking request form no-ITBC 17529 invoice no-ORA10006351 and filled
it up and sent by ordinary post (as requested)to premier sales
promotions ltd to bangalore office on 20.04.10.till date i have not
received any holiday voucher or any other information regarding
it.every day i make calls to know if the form has been recived which
remains unanswered after taking along time and there is no
representative to answer the call.
also no e mail is answered back inspite of my request.PLS REPLY AS
SOON AS POSSIBLE.

yes, its true, even i had posted my booking request form and its been almost 4 weeks but till now neither a reply nor a holiday voucher was sent by them.

Dear Sir,
I sent the following mail to bagittoday <[protected]@bagittoday.com> on 31st October and subsequently reminded again giving order confirmation reference: Order ID is:[protected] dated 29th Sep 2010. The payment has been made on 29/09/2010 and you had indicated in the order confirmation that you would supply the items in 2-3 weeks. It is more than 6 weeks and despite reminder I am yet to receive the ordered items. At least a reply was expected as a matter of courtesy. Please let me have the ordered items immediately in another one week and your confirmation about the Holiday trip. I hope you will not allow me to drag you to the consumer court for having failed to execute the contract and not replying to my reminders.

I placed my order for the items offered to me as follows and made the payment of Rs. 803.00 through my credit card on 29/09/2010 as per credit card transaction in my account : 29/09 [protected] INDIA TODAY 803.00
It is more than a month since I made the payment and I am yet to receive the items ordered. Will you please ensure that the items ordered are sent immediately without any further delay?

I strongly agree that this a very big racket going jointly driven by ITBC and Premier Sales Promotiins Pvt. Ltd and I strongly recommend that severe legal acton should be under the court of law against them.

THE COMPANY IS BLOODY FRAUD..II HAVE ALSO TRIEDTHE SAME MY CODE WAS ITBC23453 AND FROM LAST SIX MONTH I'M TRYING.THEY ARE NOT EVEN PICKING THE PHONE...NO OPTION LEFT EXCEP TO GO FOR CONSUMER COURT.

I am also facing similar problem. My name is N.Nagaraj & Holiday Voucher # is ITBC22619. I have filled the Voucher Form with Destination details as per there directions and also sent the DD for Rs.899 on 20/10/2010. Then I have called up on 11/11/2010 and spoke to Maheshwari / Shailaja B.J. they have confirmed that the bookings will be done from January 2011. I am trying since Jan '2011 to till date, there is no one to pick up the call on [protected]/4870 or sometimes we are closed please call between 10am-5pm Mon-Friday. Can't we take some serious action on this company immediately. As still they are promoting their Offers through Bag It Today @ http://www.bagittoday.com. This should be banned immediately or else many customers like us will suffer.

This company is big time fraud... The worst ever experience I had in my life... I have got some vouchers thru shopping at Max retail & suppose to get movie ticket... Have tried twice both the time they have accepted my request first & told me within 2 days a call will come for confirmation of movie tickets of my choice but it never happened tht way, both times they have given me option of some shady movie hall which is far from my place... Either they could have told me when I called tht we can't provide u the option or if we will then the shady places like they suggested I would have never ever taken this voucher... This was a big waste for me... This is what I call cheating customer with empty offers... If max retail have not offered me the same then also I would have shopped there but now I really have big doubt on the brand & brand promise... I am really disheartened with this worst experience.
