[Resolved] Indiabulls Securities Ltd — regarding demate account | |
Hi My name is Punit kumar prasad. I have given the req for demate account opening in Indiabulls in jaipur at johari bazar to RM Mr. Mayank Shukla.I have given the chq of amt rs. 900 on 08/01/08. the chq has been cleared but account has not been opened yet & also there is not any follow by RM Mr. Mayank Shukla regarding my case. Even I try to contact him on his mob# or office# he always says he will be calling up me withing 5 min, 10 min or an hour but he never calls. He is very irresponsible person. When i told him again regarding same matter he told me why i m shouting on him even my tone was not like that & his tamper was very high against of me. Now today(17/03/08) more than two months has been passed but he has not given any response regarding my case.plz do the needful for as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

The innocent,honest and poor Foreign qualified FINANCE MINISTER P CHIDAMBARAM.
Today( 17th March,08) in a reply to Rajyasabha the honest FM told our market reacted according to Asian Market.PC is forgetting in the past he boldly and bravely told and assured the poor investors not to worry and look in to world market condition our economic is growing our GDP is 9% and inflation well under control and below 3% and every time asked the poor investors to invest in Equty and always protected the interst of lootera brokers and fraud companies and reason best known to Damodaran and PC,how they allowed hundreds of companies for public issues as a reasult they could collect lakhs of crores of rupees from the public and the poor investors are now in great loss.
The BSE Sensex which shot up from 12,500 in March 2007 to 21,207 by January,2008 at that time PC told because our economy and 9% GDP the FII are investing in India therefore the Indians must invest in Equity,now when the market is falling and during the last two months the market fall by 50% which may be world record at that moment what about the investment of the FIIs.
Has PC ever seen the villages and it's people of the country?When people are not getting square meal and clothing to cover their body at that time PC is telling our GDP is growing by more than 9%.
I am telling for the said fall PC,Damodarn and Ravinarain of NSE are solely responsible.The property of PC may please be investigated by CBI with the help of EOW.
May I request the UPA Chairperson Madam Sonia Gandhi and PM Dr. Manmohan Singh ask PC to resign from the post otherwise the congress party will get good lesson from the voters in the coming state assembly and parliament election.

You cannot do any thing to Indiabulls and its promoters like Sameer Gehlaut,Rajive Ratan,Gagan Banga and others as by looting lakhs of innocents clients/investors they created assets worth 14,000 crores,though every day hundreds of news comeout bothprint and electronic media no action being initiated against them,as if they are above the law and the Govt.I dont understand whether the said news being coming to the notice of the clean finance minister,govt and others.In the stock market history they are the only broker who are looting and cheating the innocent clients.
I am being an advocate of Orissa High Court,they have also looted and cheated me and simply taken away shares worth Rupees Eighty five lakhs and they have in writing admitted their crime.Can you just imagine in a democracy how openly they are doing crime,they put fake and fraud signature on the Client Member Agreement,Power of Attorney Form,even the POA Form which was supplied to me not as per the prescribed form of NSE.
It is astonishing the person L N Mittal who was conferred the second highest award of the country like PADMABIBHUSAN is their major shareholder of their group companies.
Please lodge FIR in your local police station and publish the news in press.
