Hi,

I had placed the ordered cake on 11 Aug 2012 at 13:38 to be delivered to Jamshedpur but at my surprise the cake was not delivered to the address it was a complete disaster. I had ordered it for my parents marriage anniversary.

I had requested that the cake be delivered by 6 PM on 11 Aug 2012 the same day for which I had even paid Rs.100/- extra but all in vain.

Initially I had the issue because my bank had not done the payment but later it was paid. However, when I contacted the customer care to confirm it, it was confirmed by them saying that they have received the payment through email also they said that the cake would not be delivered by 6 PM as requested but it would be delivered by 8 PM for which I had to agree.

Returns Policy :-

There is no return policy , order once placed and received by the customer,gauradian,security gaurd,reception cannot be returned back at what so ever may be the condition.

Shipping Policy :-

Normal Delivery :- All Order are delivered between 11 am till 9 pm in normal delivery time

Morning Delivery :- If customer requires the items to be delivered in morning then customer has to select the morning delivery in checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between 8 Am till 2 Pm.We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the morning delivery.This service may not be available for address out of city limts or small B,C tier cities.

Night Delivery :- If customer requires the items to be delivered in Night then customer has to select the Night delivery in checkout , the order will be delivered anytime between 9 Pm till 12 Am.We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the Night delivery.This service may not be available for address out of city limts or small B,C tier cities.

Exact Delivey timings are not gaurenteed and will be delivered in respected time slot as selected by customer.

Substitution Policy :-

If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address , it may be substituted with next best available flavour , color , shape , size.

I had e-mailed them yesterday because the cake was not delivered to the address even at 22:00 hrs asking for the details but no reply because of which I even today i.e., 12 Aug 2012 tried to e-mail them but again there is no update, then I also tried contacting the customer care they then tried to defend themselves saying that it is delivered but then when I said that it is not delivered then they said they will get back to me but I do not have any update from them till now and also I dont think they will even udpate anything. So, I thought of coming to you for justice.
