Didn't deliver what i asked for, need a partial refund...

I have ordered rasmalai cake and roses flower bouquet worth 1400/- but they delivered us some regular cake and 4 flowers. As i cancelled the order the refund the not generated and instead of it the coupon was issued. i have dropped a lot of mails but still no reply . i just want my money back.

Even when you call customer care for the refund they will shout and block the call. There is one lady who is always shouting on the customer.

The website and its services are fraudulent. I placed order number [protected] on May 6th for an INR 800 cake delivery on Mother's Day, May 12th, 2024. I made the order six days in advance to allow ample time for confirmation of delivery feasibility. Despite multiple assurances, the website failed to deliver on their promise. The company is highly unprofessional, doesn't even listen to the problem, and is incapable of providing any solution if it happens.
