Indiacakes.com is a really pathetic webpage, i had placed my first order with no reviews checking and i was fooled by them like hell.

I have placed chocolate truffle cake (worth 450 rps) on June 25, 2024 to be delivered to my kids. After placing order, received an email notification to pay another 275 rps as delivery charges and till then order is on hold. During order confirmation and checkout there...

Didn't deliver what i asked for, need a partial refund

This is a fraud company. I placed an order with the Order number-[protected] To - Amadalavalasa, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh to be delivered on 02/07/2024 . I paid an amount of ₹1, 450.00 for a Love Pinata Cake 750 gms. THe order was placed only after confirmation from their executive after telling the Pincode whether it is delivered or not through a telephonic conversation. Even the call was made from them since I was hesitating to place the order at first. After their assurance that the order will be delivered to the mentioned Pincode, I placed the order about a week before the date of delivery. Yesterday, i.e on the date of delivery on 02/07/2024, I received an email saying that Since delivery place is far from our center, Extra delivery charge of Rs 275/- required.
I even paid this extra amount and its Rs. 1, 725/- in total that I paid. Desipte all this, the cake was not delivered and after repeated followup through chat and emails, I received an email from them today saying apologize that "your order was not delivered due to distance of around 80 to 90 kms remote area. Since your order is cancelled and processed for a refund as a coupon code"
Had they informed me earlier that isnt deliverable, when I talked to them about the Pincode I would have placed the order form elsewhere, now that the cake isnt delivered, they took money and say it is non refundable in cash, and give a coupon code. Who needs a coupon code again to go through all this nuisance again. TRULY INDIACAKES IS A FRAUD COMPANY

I have ordered rasmalai cake and roses flower bouquet worth 1400/- but they delivered us some regular cake and 4 flowers. When I called them regarding this they said to raise complaint email, though no response from concerned team. The bakery person who delivered the cale cake said that I have already informed that rasmalai flavor is unavailable, india cakes team said to deliver whatever cake available. He shared screenshot of the chat with India cakes but when we call them about wrong order they said required flavor is not available at your location. When they know prior about this they should have called me about it but they didn’t. That regular cake worths may be 400. No reply from the indiacakes team on this.

As i cancelled the order the refund the not generated and instead of it the coupon was issued. i have dropped a lot of mails but still no reply . i just want my money back.

Even when you call customer care for the refund they will shout and block the call. There is one lady who is always shouting on the customer.

The website and its services are fraudulent. I placed order number [protected] on May 6th for an INR 800 cake delivery on Mother's Day, May 12th, 2024. I made the order six days in advance to allow ample time for confirmation of delivery feasibility. Despite multiple assurances, the website failed to deliver on their promise. On May 12th, they demanded an additional INR 400 for delivery, which was never communicated earlier.

Furthermore, attempts to contact them via email (10 emails sent), phone (phone number provided turned out to be fake), and chat have been fruitless, as they have not responded to any communication attempts. This behavior indicates fraudulent activity on the part of the website, and I wish to report this as a cybercrime.

I request a refund for my order, which was never delivered by the fraudulent website.
I urge the cybercrime department to take action against this website to prevent further scams and protect others from falling victim to this fraud.

The company is highly unprofessional, doesn't even listen to the problem, and is incapable of providing any solution if it happens.

1. I ordered a cake for delivery to Sri City on 5th Mar - three days prior. Order No is 22113301
2. On the day of delivery I was told I needed to pay INR 275 since the delivery was not in the usual range - this was shocking because the website takes in a PIN code and then allows you to order
3. After paying the amount I was told they cannot deliver - that too after following up many many times.
4. I asked for a full refund and after a few days I got a coupon forcing me to go through the same trauma because I have only one person to deliver a cake to - that too in Sri City - and they could not deliver there.
5. Please help me to get my refund in CASH (same as method of payment - via bank) NOT COUPON since I cannot use it and they cannot provide the service.

They claimed same day delivery but didn't mention anywhere that they any extra payment later for delivering to the required location. After making the payment & had to make continual queries for order details which they claimed to have lost due to some browser error. After that they mailed that they need extra payment of 275 for delivering as the location is far from their centre which was never mentioned while placing order. They demanded extra payment, not reverted to queries, have pathetic customer care number & not ready to return the paid amount.

My order number 22112465 ..6 rose and 6 chocolates of Rs 10 .. Indiacake.com took amount of 520 Rs ..And They take 275 delivery charges also . company gave vendor amount only 300 rs ..the remaining 500 amount took by company..they looting the customer

I had a terrible experience with Indiacakes.com website. I have placed an order for a cake and paid 150 rs extra for early delivery.

After placing an order and making the payment, they ask for extra money (250 Rs) for the distance.

This was not informed to me while placing order.

Chat support and customer care executives are not responding and left the chat or disconnect the call in between the conversations when i ask about extra delivery charges.

I have ordered a cake for today and then now today they are asking for extra money for the distance. This was not informed to me while placing order. This is very disappointing for me. I called the customer care and their response was even more disappointing. The person who attended the call cut the call without giving proper response.

India cakes website is a complete fraud and scam. They say it is serviceable in 1000 cities but it is completely wrong and they start sending links for payment though we we already did order placement. Please take action on them and do not trust such online services

2. Delivery on 24 Nov 2023 - but not delivered

3. On 24th 2023 called 3 times to Customer care [protected] to ensure the delivery - they said don't worry sir wait till 9 pm but it was not delivered and ruined the B'day.

4. on 25th they informed vendor not delivered and late update given, I ordered after confirmation from customer whether they deliver on that pincode or not. they said they will issue refund with 48 hours,

5. they issued refund in the form of coupon which i can use on their site only and the pin code still the same. I want my money back not the coupen . Again I am forced to place an order with them.

6. They don't reply properly on calls and emails.

7. This is a fraud company, I found many complains online . How to make aware about this kind of company to everyone or make joint effort against this company.

8. I tolerate and forget such activity as small amount but for them its big amount if its in big number from PAN India

7. Please gather together to start an online campaign against such fraud company. This is not just about the money.
