Order cancelled as they are mailed me and asked for extra charges.

I cancelled order but not recieved money back.

Please check google reviews and improve service accordingly...

The company is highly unprofessional, doesn't even listen to the problem, and is incapable of providing any solution if it happens.

When i mention the Pin Code for delivery of cake they have well taken but now not doing and asking for additional money for the same.

They claimed same day delivery but didn't mention anywhere that they any extra payment later for delivering to the required location. My order number 22112465 ..6 rose and 6 chocolates of Rs 10 .. Indiacake.com took amount of 520 Rs ..And They take 275 delivery charges also . company gave vendor amount only 300 rs ..the remaining 500 amount took by company..they looting the customer...

I had a terrible experience with Indiacakes.com website. I have placed an order for a cake and paid 150 rs extra for early delivery.

After placing an order and making the payment, they ask for extra money (250 Rs) for the distance.

India cakes website is a complete fraud and scam. They say it is serviceable in 1000 cities but it is completely wrong and they start sending links for payment though we we already did order placement. Please take action on them and do not trust such online services...

Online Cake delivery for Tamil Nade was placed in IndiaCakes.com for 18th of Oct, night delivery and amount of 721.56 amount was paid. Order 22107130 was generated but no delivery made.

I've asked to cancel it but they requested again for 150 amount more. I told kindly cancel it and refund it but no reply and Called them multiple times which they don't answer it.

Hence, I'm placing the complaint for full refund....

I ordered a cake for 525.00 which was never delivered. The website did look dodgy but I was in a hurry to sort out a cake for same day delivery so failed to scrutinise.
I am posting my plight here so that others don't fall trap to this cyber fraud.
The modus operandi works brilliantly for IndiaCakes.com as helpless customers are forced to forget about their small loss rather than chase up for 500-1000rs.
Just imagine...
