[Resolved]  INDIAFLORISTNETWORK/Seasonal flower and Kissing teddies — Delivery Of ordered Gift not done And Not good response from the Company call centre

Dear Sir,

Here i have given details regarding my Product Delivery.
Company has commited for Same day and 1-2 days delivery, But Order was booked on 26th April 2009and Supposed to reach two items on Monday 27th April2009.
It has not reached till now 30th April 2009 time 5.40PM. While we are calling to Customer care they are telling that order has been recieved and reciept is with them.Some Times they are telling Fresh flowers were not there and they will Send it by today evenning.Both the Statments are of same day.
They are also calling reciepents twice thrice a day and telling the same things.
Suggest how could any body can believe in online transactions if this kind of responce Consumer will recieve from Company.
There Commitment on site is below
"All Order Status updation is done Next Day morning after delivery date.Thus order showing Pending on the day of delivery does not mean that gift has not been delivered."
