It is regretted to say that the cylender booked on web not reached at the time to the consumer.What is the use to make so propaganda im the newspaper that the supply of cylender will be made within three days.Why are you making fool to the public.I had booked my gas through tomogas on 08/03/2008 (gas no 23089...Amar gas service BIHARI COLONY SHAHDARA) But the gas supply has not been made to me till today.Every one can see that the a large number of cylenders are being supplied to the sweetmakers why.You are requested to take strict action against the distibuter.(RAJ KUMAR SHARMA)

tomo gas booking is new for distributors as well as for consumers.it is on trial basis and it may take time to comply the services.we should not take it guarnteed immediatly.we should also show courtsey and coop.Thankx

i am consumer of indane gas service for the past 5 five yrs. i complain about ur neelkanth gas service centre they will not provide gas timely.
may be this centre sell his gas in black money to hotels.
i have booking gas 1/6/2008. consumer no:-10014.but still they will not provide gas till date.so i request u please take some action in neelkanth gas service centre. nobady is pick his phone when i am call.

Please do the needful for customer satisfaction and instruct them to supply the domestic gas cylinder as soon as possible

We have gas connection on my father's name and the after some time we have changed our residence.
When we asked about pocedure for change of name and address, Agency people advised to change address only and assures that no need to change the main name.

i m a cosumer with ATUL ENTERPRISES, 1, janta market, rani jhansi road, jhandewalan, new delhi with cust no 21198. the agency people never pick up the phone foe booking on first call. we have to try hours together to book the cylinder. secondly the dilivery man never carries weighing machine with him and delivers cylinder with less gas. on asking he either refuses or pretends to come next time with the weighing device. but it never happens.staff deputed at the agency never bother for our oral complaints. my ph no is [protected].

My LPG Indane customer no is 24329, registered with M/s Chahal Gas Service, Mohali. I have tried to book gas by phone but unable to get response from 01.02.2010 to 05.02.2010. as agency persons do not pick the phones. Than on 06.02.2010 (12.00 noon) I personally went to agency to book the gas. There I have seen that Phone bells are ringing but nobody is picking the phone. I ask, why you are not picking the Phone. Person gave me various logics. Even said me “ ek din esh chair per bath kar dekhiy tab pata chalega”. Even customer cannot get the status of the booked gas.
In the past I have even tried to registered with tomogas for booking but I always got the message “Sorry, We can't accept your registration, because our service is not available at your distributor end”
I hope other customers will also facing the same issues. Request you to please look into this compliant at the earliest.
