[Resolved] Indian Gifts Portal — Product was not delivered even after repeated calls to the | |||
I ordered two products from the Indian Gifts Portal site on 6th Feb' 13 with the ID no IGP353144. One was Long Lasting Flower Bouquet worth Rs 597 and other was White Desire (Pearl Set) worth Rs 3322. The total order was worth Rs 3,919.20 The Bouquet was delivered the very next day and the same was mailed to me that the product was delivered. However the mail was misleading, it makes the customer assume as the both the products under IGP353144 are delivered. However that was not the case. After repeated attempts, I could connect to the Customer Care. Customer Care service is so pathetic that they could not deliver what they promise. I called these people repeatedly for three days to know about my order status. Finally on 13th Feb they informed me that the product has not yet been dispatched. I asked them to Cancel my order.and send me the cancellation note. But till date I have not received any such cancellation note.I had been calling then since 13th Feb to get the note but all in vain. I have never encountered such pathetic services. I have been mentally harassed since so many days Was this information helpful? | |||
