Order no 10305071 dated 30.08.2023 for same day delivery of a birthday cake to my mother, has not been delivered till date. Her birthday is today. Urge you to deliver the cake at the earliest or Request refund along with compensation for the unacceptable service.

Connected with IGP customer care and she mentioned that its a glitch from their end that the order is not delivered still its showing as delivered on the website. The trust people put on you should be respected and to be played with. If this issue is not resolved with priority, then you will lose a valuable customer as I am not the only one who is complaining. Think and take action

    I have ordered a cake on the occasion of mother's birthday. Order number 10305071 has not been delivered yet where the website mentions the order has been delivered. Its an expensive order. Its such a hassle to get hold of the Customers service on call. Sent multiple emails regarding the issue but nothing from there as well. Utterly disappointed and ask for a refund or delivery of cake at the earliest

      I have asked to cancel my order. They had told me that the refund would be initiated as soon as the order is cancelled. I have not received any communication from their end after 2 days. They have not cancelled the order. Their support is not picking my call.

        Order no 10218829 dated 27.08.2023 for next day delivery of a birthday cake and flowers to my daughter in law at her US address has not been delivered till date. Her birthday on 28.08.2023 is long past.

        Request refund along with compensation

          I had booked a birthday cake along with flowers for my daughter in law at her US residence vide Order ID 10218828 dated 27.08.2023. It was a "Next Day Delivery" order to be delivered on 28.08.2023 which is my daughter in law's birthday ( Indian Standard Time) .

          The order is not deliver till date ( 29.08.2023).

          Company customer care keeps one waiting for hours on recorded messages and no one comes on line.

          My email of 28.08.2023 to IGP Support has been allotted Ticket No 2637182 .

          There is no response thereafter

          No email or resolution received so far. Birthday cake still not delivered 5 days after the birthday is over. No intimation regarding refund. No response by customer care. All a big scam.

            Above is the package detail and i[censored] need anything I can provide u because my parcel still not delivered to my brother's given address and as IGP.COM they are saying courier delivered and this happened with so many customers as they are taking money and showing wrong receipt of courier.
            Please help us and all the customers .

              Igp.com is proving me a courier receiver details which is wrong as my brother still not received any package than who signed that paper?
              10th Aug my brother was at home he didn't received any order.
              This is a scam and fraud signed by someone
              Please please check for this.
              This is a big scam with customers who are taking services from igp.com and paying money.

                I will attach courier details too that they are showing recipient sign (brother) but it is not my brother's sign even. My brother not even receive package. Something is fishy.

                  This igp.com keep on showing me deliver courier receipt but my brother was all at home he didn't receive any courier.
                  He asked to the building security man, checked mail box .
                  How can they showing receipt without receiving order?
                  Pls pls check with this my brother not got any package.

                    This igp.com is just a fraud
                    They are showing me courier receipt but they don't accpet that the person not received any package. Why I m here not for money they have looted mine but they are playing with customer's emotions. I have paid money for rakhi package but they just not delivered my rakhi till now. And sending me courier receipt. They are not even bother to check with thay delivery person.
                    This is such a fraud. Please help me I m living outside India that is why I choose to send rakhi by online portal.

                    It would be big blessing if rakhi will reach on time ..please help me in this.

                        I want to complaint about the illegal commercial activities being carried out in residential area of RZ block, Dayal Park, West Sagarpur, New Delhi - 110046. There is shop of welding. He used to cut iron with iron cutter and weld all the day. Due to his shop, its seems to be impossible to live in peace. All neighbours and person who is living near by this shop facing lots of problem.There's also a school in the same lane.

                        These machines creates lots of irresistible and unbearable noise Pollution. This shop have made the life hell of neighbours. In this street two senior citizen live near this shop. This shopkeeper doing work all the day even some time last night also. Voice of cutting iron is so irritable that is impossible to bear it. Due to such noise pollution, old person cant take rest and school going children would not able to study properly.

                        We (all the person of this street) have humble request to you, Please take some strict step towards this matter and do some action. We will be highly oblige to you. We are facing severe problem due to this welding shop. Its create noise and air pollution both.

                          I ordered the Rakhi and sweets plus dry fruits to be delivered to New York on[protected].The order was placed by me through IGP website on[protected] vide order no 7398157.However within 30 minutes I requested for cancellation of the order which was ack by IGP vide ticket I'd 1744235
                          On[protected] wherein they mention that it will be looked into and will be responding within 24 hrs.However on[protected] I got mail from IGP confirming despatch of order
                          I countered them immediately why the despatch has taken place despite my request for cancellation.They again raised a ticket to my counter on[protected].
                          On[protected] I got mail from one Sajel of IGP saying that order is already despatched and cannot be cancelled.

                          They have deliberately looted the amt ofRs 4725despite my repeated request for cancellation and despatched the order instead of cancellation

                          Pl help me refund of the amount
