I had placed an order of happy rakhi wihes cake and a pair of cadbury
silk to be delivered on 3aug 2020 (14:00-22hrs), placed on 2aug 2020.
My order no. Is 3215327 of ₹816
I hadn't been delivered to me.
The refund has not been done till now.
I am trying to call their customer centre. One states to be unauthorised and other never picks up.
Need to get the refund back.

After constant warning, out of the blue, response comes one day of refund and they accept their mistake.
I have been resolved after struggles. Nevertheless, I got my ₹816 refund back after 5days.

This is in regards to the order no. 3215327.
As checked, the order was cancelled as the delivery to the given destination was not possible.
Once the order is cancelled, the refund usually takes 7-10 working days which is a bank process. But please worry not, the refund will surely be done.
I completely understand your frustration as you were not able to get in touch with the customer care for which I really apologise.

Due to the Rakhi rush, the orders are being shipped from the warehouse within an hour of placing the order. We did receive your cancellation request after the confirmation of the order. The orders cannot be canceled on the confirmed stage.
