dear sir/madam,

we are having indane gas connection on my father name from 20 years.we are also having gas line connection on my father name.we were receving gas cylinder till last 3 month, but unfortunately they are refusing to provide us gas cylinder. they are saying that a person having the gas line on his name & same address is not given gas cylinder. but in our town 95% public are having gas line on same name & address, but still they are getting gas cylinder. also they are doing black marketing of cylinder with help of their some own staff members and also some of the customer, they are also knowing about that, but no one is taking steps to that.

so what are the steps to be taken to that case.

    On 7/8/09 I took petrol in my alto lxi no.DL-7Ck 0128 for Rs.400/ from Ruchika Service Station New Kondli Mayur Vihar Phase III Delhi. After taking petrol I felt that there was less petrol in my car so I asked to the petrol pump oprator about the quantity of petrol.Instead of dealing with the situation the operator started misbehaving and he told me that the measurment was fine.Alto's storage tank capacity is 35 litres.Then I asked him to completely fill my tank.Even though my car had some petrol from my last filling and they filled 36.54 litres of petrol after that.Even then it had a storage space of about 2 litres.My cash memo no. 83214 dated 7/8/09.I made a complaint in Indian Oil Corporation on phone no.-[protected], complaint no.-19281 dated 8/8/09.But there has been no response on the matter from the corporation.Please guide me about the further details that what else can I do in this matter.

    you should first go and fight with the company from which you have purchased the car that you have written tank capacity of 35 liters and how is it possible to fill more than that. if you are satisfied with there point and if they prove that more than 35 liters petrol cannot be filled in your car then you should go and disturb the indianoil people and as well as the petrol pump people.
    I always refill my car & Bike at marazi filling station kupwara kashmir but they cannot accept my debit or credit card there they always harras me coz they are uneducated they are totally uncivilised now dear please hold there supply for white time that will be yours most kindness your Sales officer Have not Such Powers to do something aginst coz your sales officer is also a currapted person now please do some thing against him

    Hello sir the vendor company named KP Green energy Indore is doing fraud with the dealers they're taking money they're not doing the appropriate work or not even help dealers in the providing the subsidy on right time please take action seriously because of them the negative impact is going on dealers mind they're working in madhya pradesh rajasthan maharastra uttaram pradesh assam odhisa bengal.
    Please take serious action against them.
    I, took petrol from sector-17 petrol pump Rourkela its test at house for purity and found mix with kerosene where to complain if my vehicle is damage due to bad petrol so you kindly take care of this type of adulteration.
    I take the petrol from sangli miraj road mehta fulling pump miraj date[protected] i take this 100rs petrol but the payment time card swaping this fulling person get the bill 200rs amount then I am go to next day tel to supervisor this time your problem his her that person not come u come tomorrow I will chek your problem solve this then I will go today means date 31/01/2020 I will meet manager this person his very rushly and Cruarly talk to me i am also tell sir plz you silently speek to me but his not lesson to me then I will tel this manager your very poor service this is not good not like that next time i am not go to the mehta petrol pump i am joint the my a/c debited cc so plz tell me how to solved my problem and an good speek to customer an good behave to customers indian oil customer service is not good
    Employers and workers do not know how to do extraword redemption. Only one employee knows but we can't wait to see him. The workers heat up by saying that the point on the card will be loaded later. This card is for you. Very bad petrol pump dealer

      Dear Sir,
      I have applied for new connection in VAISHNAVI INDANE SERVICE, SHARMA MARKET, DHURWA, RANCHI-834004.My booking No. [protected] dated-11 april 2009. I have got all the papers till 20th april 2009. And from that time I am asking them for my new connection, but till now I have not got my connection they always give different excuse.So kindly take proper action and give me solution.

      Dear Sirs,

      My mother moved to a new flat a year back. She is a senior citizen and was in need of a gas connection. I checked with my gas agency and they asked me to get an identity card and an address proof. I could not produce neither of them as all per documents for my mother was in my house address. I then booked another connection in my name and took the cylinder myself so that my mother is not inconvenienced. This was going on for a month and then I got a notice from the gas agency asking me to return the connection. I wrote and email to Indane and they too told that one person is not allowed to keep 2 connection in spite of the situation. I returned the connection and I got my mother a postal identity card and tried to get a connection from the agency near her house but they flatly refused to take the application and told my mom that they are not taking new connection.

      What should I do now ? Please help me as my mother who is 65 years old is suffering.

      The name of the gas agency is Ganesh Gas Agency and it is situated in Mogappair area in Chennai.

          Dear Sir,

          My Name is Jose K I,
          Consumer no. 12315.
          Dealer name - Sudarsan gas agency(Indane), Pullazhy, Thrissur.

          I have only one cooking gas cylinder and i have booked on july 11th, 2009, Gas agency informed me that the cylinder will bring to my home within 30 days. Sudarsan gas agency supplied LPG cylinder to my neighbours on 17th Aug 2009, But till the time not received the cylinder to me.

          I have tried to call the agency in the contact number[protected],[protected]. But they are not taking phone calls on last three days. So I have visited their office and the lady staff informed me to call to office to know about the supply and all. But the same time 2 telephones ringing in the office and no body is taking the calls.

          Please take necessary actions as soon as possible to receive the cylinder and to take phone calls.

          Sudarsan Gas Agencies Ayyanthole — delivery above 30 days

          Gas booked on[protected]. but not delivered till date. We have only one cylinder. The last sypply was on 28.07.2009.
          I am N.Anil Kumar, my consumer no is 11298
          There is a great delay in supplying gas, it takes over 35 days. And we could book the next only after 10 days. we use 1 cylinder in 32 days often we run out of gas. If we enquire about it in Sudarsan Gas Agency Pullazi Thrissur the lady over there replies indifferently and rudely. we keep 2 cylinders for our convenience and if they could not supply gas at the stipulated time what could we do but only call them.
          The customer service is very poor. Kindly take necessary actions to supply gas quickly and also instruct the persons over there to behave well with the customers.

            Dear Sir,
            I was having gas connection at SHREE BAJRANG INDANE, Sonari, Jamshedpur(Jharkhand)
            and have a need to transfer to Angul because of change of working company.I contacted SNEHALATA INDANE GAS at Angul but yet now i have not received cylinders.I contacted SNEHALATA INDANE GAS at Angul.They are saying that there is need for T.V confirmation letter which is transferring through mail and not received yet but SHREE BAJRANG INDANE, Sonari, Jamshedpur(Jharkhand) says that they have tranferred on the same day of transfer date.Because of their own personal problem, i have not received till now.I am going to SNEHALATA INDANE GAS at Angul from last 20 days and because of these, myself amd my family suffering a lot.
            Please do the needful.

              My self Himanshu S Pawar from Baroda (gujarat) India, my customer no 234 and my gas agent name & details mentioned as per below.

              Please be informed that few days back, one of the representative of IOCL has visited to my Home for normal checking purpose & during that checking he claimed that my Gas stove was not proper worked & instructed us to repair KIT, when we informed him that we had already repaired KIT just before 1 yrs by you company representative. He shouted annoyed and misbehaved with us and used abused word with my wife & father & after that above mentioned agent had stopped our Cylinder delivery without intimation to us and by telling us, that it was stopped by IOCL, & today another service executive came at my home and this time he had found some different fault and repaired the same and taking the cost of INR 200 and give us the CASH MEMO, which is attached herewith, wherein you 'll find that there is no any name OR stamp of IOCL & when I had asked him that when you had representative of IOCL then why you had not providing the CASH MEMO of IOCL, then he give the confusion answer and tell me that they offer like this only.

              Also note that I had got only ONE Cylinder, as they have rules that after completion of three yrs then only they will provide the 2nd connection, where in I had already completion the 4 yrs & they are still not ready to provide me the 2nd cylinder connection.

              I would highly appreciate if some one can refer my above request and help me on the same on Top Most Priority basis.

                  Sir,

                  I am a consumer of Indane LPG (Consumer No. 24274) under the distributor Sreema (Indane) Distributors, Code No. 99192844, situated at 87B/1B, Raja S. C. Mallick Road, Kolkata - 700047.
                  I booked my LPG cylinder on 05/08/09. Finding delay in delivery, I called the distributor over phone and enquired for the delay. They said the delivery slip has been issued to the delivery boy on 12/08/09 but reason for non delivery is unknown to them. These delivery boys are the distributor's authorised delivery boy but the distributor can not take any action against them for unknown reason.
                  Where should I get the proper judgement and get the proper service?

                        Hi,

                        I have a domestic LPG gas connection from Indane LPG Agency in Bangalore. I have applied for a 2nd cylinder and it is almost more than 2.5 years since i applied, but till now i have not got the 2nd cylinder. They are telling we need to wait for some more months. It is really frustrating to wait so long. Hope to see some action on this.

                            I am Dr.Lijo from kunnamkulam, kerala. My consumer number with Indane gas is 26084. I have only one gas cylinder in my name. I booked one gas cylinder 2 months back and that is not been delivered yet. So I again reminded them on last 8th that is on 8th August. The agency told me that, they will deliver gas in 2 days. Today I again went to that agency asking 4 gas and he said he did’t get time and he will deliver only next week. So now it is 2and half months since I booked gas. What is this service? Panakal gas agency kunnamkulam is this great agency. I have not heard anyone speaking good about this agency. Then why this agency? Indane gas officials should be kind enough to allow one another agency in this municipality. This gas agency is behaving really bad to it’s customers only because of their monopoly in this area. Requesting officials to look in to this matter,

                              Complaint against Sri Kalarani Indane Gas Agency Mylapore Chennai.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I have an Indane Gas Connection (Consumer No:47203). I had applied and got my first cylinder from Triloks Agency, Adyar, Chennai whose service was good.Then I was intimated that my connection has been shifted to Sri Kalarani Indane Gas Agency Mylapore Chennai. This mentioned gas agency is offering very poor service to me and the Customer Service is speaking very rudely and the vocabulary they are using is very bad...

                              I am a Indane consumer under agency Subh Laxmi Gas Service, A-138/3, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi - 92.

                              I have booked LPG on phone no.1260 on 11.02.2008 and given a booking no.8 but till time I have not received the refilling. I have trying from the last two Weeks to contact on the Gas agency phone no.22045242& 22412170 but i am unable to contact the agency and it is continuously getting engaged and i am not in a position to visit the agency for booking.

                              It is my request also to get the gas delivered immediately and also have a check into harassment caused by the Gas Agency.

                              I have a gas connection vide consumer no. MM11901 at Mohan & Mohan Gas Agency, Sector-37, Faridabad. Last time I had booked gas on 23.12.2009 and delivery received on 31.12.2009. In the month ending in Jan 2010, I tried to book gas over phone No. [protected] and they have told me that my last booking was on 14.01.2010, after 21 days I am consider booking the gas.

                              On 04.02.2010 when I went to the said agency and asked the counter to find out the fact, they denied the above booking and told that they have booked the gas and did not give booking number. I am trying to call at said agency over Tel No.[protected], 225 8762, 225 8201 and [protected] no body lifting the phone. They always put the phone receiver a side. Till date no delivery received. It is requested to direct the said agency to provide gas cylinder with taking any further action at their end.

                              It is suggested that the said agency is over loaded. Nahar par colonies/ large numbers of consumers should be provided separate Gas Agency Immediately.

                                Dear Sir,



                                I booked Indane gas through online booking[protected] on 18.07.09 at 11:11 am and my booking no was – 5.

                                On 29.07.09 I enquired my above booking no. at Chatterjeehat Gas Service[protected], Howrah, West Bengal and they denied my above booking as they didn’t receive any such online booking of Indane.

                                So they tried to book my refilling on 29.07.09 as a new booking.

                                They provided me a Customer Care Complain no. –[protected] and I talked with the concerned person and She intervened into this matter and resolved temporarily.

                                As a result I received the Gas on 30.08.09.

                                Again on 10.08.09 I booked on online booking[protected] vide Booking No. 6 at 10: 45 am

                                On 11.08.09 when I again enquired my booking No. 6 at Chatterjee Gas Service[protected] and they informed me that only on 20.08.09 onwards I can book my next refilling not before that. They also informed that online booking system ([protected]) is a faulty one..
                                So I have to wait for another 10 days for my next booking.

                                So my questing is that Indane is harassing me unnecessary. If your Online booking is not functioning properly why you are still continuing with it and as a customer I am facing the problem due to lack of coordination between Indan online booking and Chatterjee Gas Service., Howrah, West Bengal

                                Please resolve my Problem immediately.

                                indane LPG domestic — no booking

                                consumer No 12078 with kalpana gas agency. Nellore A.P I have last availed supply in march 2008. My daughters marriage took place on 13.3.08 due formalities in function no booking done for 3months. Then my mister s helath chechp etc heldup out of station. when I am trying to book for refil they say it is discontinued. It is not under stood how why it happended even within 6 months time ? plz look into matter advise dealer suitably and reply me . thankling u = Vijayalakshmi

                                  For last two day I am trying to book my LPG over telephone on the no provided by them[protected].I cant not go there physically because of my office timings. Yesterday for the whole day I tried several times found their number is always engaged. I have tried today also. Initially for few attempts I found it engaged. Then once I found it is ringing. It rang till the end but no body picked the call, there after I rang it back and found it to be engaged again. It is being pretty clear that this engaged tone is something intentional. They keep the receiver up so that no body can ring them. I cant understand that if they are not willing to take booking on phone then why they provide the number and why don't they declare their inability to the consumers. I don't know if this mail will result in any action. If somebody is going their physically ask my concern to them.

                                  I have tried ringing them. They never pick up the phone and today they disconnected me in the middle of sentence.
                                  They take around and average of 15-20 days fordelivary of gas
                                  I fully agree with the comment of Dr Dasgupta. I have very similar experience with this agency. Even if you luckily get the call answered you will find the staffs very rude. In fact if they do not like your query they will just put your phone down. IOC should immediately terminate such arrogant distributors. It seems that they do not bother about the IOC business and have many other resources of income. So it will be better that IOC leaves such luggages immediately and appoints some other distributor to cater the area.
                                  i cant understand if they are not willing to pick up the phone then they can throw the phone i m trying their no for last 7 days intentionally they are not picking up the phone

                                  I am agree with you all how should we get rid of that problem. Please you all will able to join any of the day and we will file a complain against survery park gas service to consumer forum. If you all agree with my opinion we will do the needful.

                                  The survey park gas service provides very poor service. If you all agree with me please join any day we will go to consumer forum and lunch a complain against the dealer. I have enquired with other friend residing at different location of kolkata. They don't have such kind of delay. Now a day their gap to deliver the gas from booking day, according to them became 20-25 days due to unavailability of gas.

                                    Today on 13 aug 2009 @ 19.26 hrs i went to M/s Kapur Auto Service Station (Indian Iol petrol Pump), Patparganj socity socity, Delhi-110092. for fuel filling in my bike worth of rs300 thru my citibank credit card, inspite of punching rs 300 thru my card their attendant filled for rs 100 only when i intervene he replied that he has mistakenly listen it to rs 300 as rs 100, while filling for balance money they drag my attention away and later i noticed that they had filled for lesser amount .i objected for this but nobody was ready to listen me there .this is very disappointing that customers are cheated on their utmost good faith, i request the concerned govering body to look into the matter and get justice to me . .

                                    yes we heard the same but now a days all the petrol stations are going to be automated and hence local fuelling man can not do lesser fueling...Even PSU pumps are being automated and all the system running on real time basis where manual intervention is not possible...
                                    Today, 29.10.2009 at 7.20AM I went to M/s Kapur Auto Service Station (Indian Iol petrol Pump), Patparganj society, I P Extension, Delhi-110092 for fuel filling in my bike worth of Rs.200/-
                                    They kept a drams in front of the meter so that customer could see reading properly, however today i insisted and went just to see, i saw the reading was not zero, in the mean time one person (Mr. Raju) asked me the amount and another person just came and starts fueling without making it zero, when I insisted to make zero they were even not ready for that, however another person came and maked it zero. But I was surprised to see that they did fill an amount even less than Rs.100/-.When I enquired for filing complaint registered they did not provide me and misguided me.

                                    Similar, incidents have happened with me earlier also however, i don't have proper explanation.

                                    I believe that every day the customers must be cheated in this fashion, the accounts (Mr. Ramesh) and supervisor (Mr. K.N. Mishra) was informed about the incident and they have promised to take proper action against the incidents.

                                    Mr KUMAR AMIT DEV had posted a complaint on[protected], but same thing still happening will we (customer) really get justice and can we be able to fill freely without taking extra tension even for fueling petrol too?

                                    Pls guide us what should do when similar incidents (if) happen with us.

                                      Hi,

                                      Gas agency named Ravindra Gas Agency, Anayadi, Kollam is not supplying gas Cylinders on their sevice location at Bhararnikkavu, Kollam dist frequently and as a result consumeres are not able to fill the Gas Cylinders on time. We complained regarding this a lot but no initiative has taken yet.

                                      So kindly requesting you to do the needful to make the service proper and effective.
