Dear Sir,
I have applied for a duplicate passport under Tatkal on 14th Feb 2011 and was given a receipt number HYDD00071611 with a delivery date of 22nd February 2011. However, I have not received the passport till date.
The website now shows "Passport was ready on[protected]".
Since the passport is expected to be mailed to me by post, I would like to know why it has not been delivered to me till date.
