The amount 1512.75 rupees has been deducted from my boi bank account but the status for my passport application form is still showing me payment failed at 07/07/2017. After then i call customer care and said to me that your money refunded in 7 working days and do again payment of your application form and then i do again payment of my application form then success. I have applied for my passport with file no GU[protected] on 1st Aug and got my police varification done on 7th Nov, the report came back for signature to SP office and was sent with the signature again on 2nd Feb. Everything has been done and I have not yet received my passport and the status still shows police varification pending at your repective thana

I applied for passport online and taking appointment I appeared at the passport seva kendra at Guwahati and successfully submitted tha application with necessery fees on 09/11/2012 and subsequently the physical police verification done on 26/02/2013. But till date I have not received the Passport.Till today after tracking it is showing PENDING FOR POLICE VERIFICATION. Police Verification Report dispatched in the 1st week of March2013.

I am Dinesh from Ordnance Factory, recently i got my passport and after i receiving a couple of persons came to my home for verification of my passport and my id proof after every thing is completed they said that every thing is clear and clean they asked for a bribe of Rs.500 and they said that it is mandatory to pay it, if not paid the details of verification will not be sent. when i questioned that there is no such rule which is mentioned, for that they answered that we come from a long distance so we need money, if the money is not paid the verification report will not be submitted and the passport issued will be cancelled.
In this way they are terrifying innocent people and collecting money & its been continuing since many years so please take action and save innocent people.So please do something about this.

Sir, I have applied for re-issue of passport at PSK Bhubaneswar on[protected]. My file no. is BH[protected]. The police verification report from Dhanupali police stn had been forwarded on[protected]. Even I did a service request on the grievance cell of the passport website(Request no.[protected] dt[protected] but to no avail. With due respect I would like to bring to your kind notice that, we applied for a new passport at Ghaziabad Passport office but it is not received till date. When I enquire about the status of my application on 'http://passportstatus.nic.in' it appears as "Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by[protected]. We went two times to passport office also, but response was that since they are still issuing passports for year 2011, so none of the 2012 passport is dispatched yet. I am Uddalak Biswas live in Garhpara, Gobardanga, 24 Pgs(N), West Bengal.
I applied for passport on 06-Jul-2009 having file no A 050616 and key no [protected]. After few month a police verification had been made from our police station i.e. Habra Police Station. I submitted all the documents asked regarding this process. But after a long time I checked the status online what was showing police verification has not been completed as status. But there was no reason for that. So I mailed to corresponding personal whose email id had been given in www.indianpassport.nic.in site. Still I don't have the passport. I just want to know what was the reason for that my passport hadn't been passed the verification and what I have to do now to get it and how much harassment will come in future to get my passport ?

it is to inform you that i have applied for my passport on 7th of september 2010. my passport file number is G006503/10.my police verification has been done on 26th of october 2010. i submited all the documents which is required for verification. sir its been 10 months i applied for my passport and i havent recieved my passport yet. the online status shows that i have to submit my details but its not mention which details they are talking about and where to submit these.

I have applied for my passport on 02/07/2011 at Shakarpur passport office,delhi and till date I have not received the passport. Even if I check the status of my file no online it says Police verification has been waived and application is underway. In last 60 days I have enquired 4-5 times about the status and I did not get any satisfactory answer from the officials. My file number is Z039704.I am a goverment servant please suggest me. what should I do ? Should I approach RTI ? applied for the passport on july 15 2010 and it is very unfortunate that i didnt received it. i tried several times to go to the CiD office srinagar and ridiculously the hearing is kept only for one day, though they know their laziness in resolving the issues. Everytime i weas told false a lie was told each time that it will be processed itself and after an one and a half year now the passport office (CID) has lost itThis showsthe negligence of the department in terms of holding the sensitivce details of the citizens.

I am an Indian living in Kuwait. I had renewed my passport from the Indian Embassy. I am a B.E. (Engineer) by education. The new passport that was issued had a stamp of ECR (Emmigration Check Required). I had gone to the Embassy to remove to get an ECNR done. The people at embassy then told me that we do not issue ECR passport at all so that Stamp had by mistake come on to my passport and they just took my passport put a DELETED stamp on the ECR stamp. Then I thought everything was ok.
Now I came to Mumbai and was about to leave back to go to Kuwait, however I was caught at the immigration saying that that deleted stamp was not proper. I had informed them that my passport was ECNR and the stamp was given to me by the embassy. They said we will check the status of your passport and then decide.

They checked the status of my passport and shockingly, my passport was Still ECR. The immigration guys then blamed me of forgery on the passport and offloaded me. I was then given to the police for further verification. I was taken to the police station and put in the lock up. I was made to stay in the lock up for 3 days with criminals like thieves and goons.

My father and brother were here in Kuwait and they went to the embassy. The embassy first denied to admit that it was their mistake but on insistence and the verification of the signature that was on my passport they agreed to give me a letter admitting that that DELETED stamp was given by the indian embassy.

With the help of that letter, I was able to come out of the lock up on bail. My case is still pending with the court and I do not know how long will it take for me to clear things up and leave again for Kuwait as you know Indian Court can sometimes take months to give proper justice.

I can give you all the proofs for the same. I have the letter that Indian embassy gave.

With due respect, i would like to inform you that my father MAHAMMAD ISHAHAK ALI has applied for passport at Regional Passport office,Guwahati on[protected].But, when i communicated with Regional Passport Officer Shri T. Armstrong Changsan, IFS,regarding the status of the passport (as police verification was already been completed in the month of September/2010 from local police station, Kamarbandha, Asam), he clarified me that Police report is still not received by his office and as soon as they will get the police report, the passport can be delivered to the applicant. And at the same time he mailed me (e-mail copy is still with me) to contact Additional Director General of Police, SB Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati - 781019, Tel[protected]; fax[protected], to check the details. So, i sent a fax and letter to ADGP, Kahilipara during mid of April/2011 regarding my query and after few days on 30th April/2011, DSP from Golaghat district called my father and verified all documents and told that your details has been verified and report has been sent to ADGP office Kahilipara and given us a Memo No - GLT/DSB/PP/47/11/349, dated 05-05-11.

But, still in the Passport status of Application is showing that Police report has not been received. So, really my old father is not getting what to do. Only for his right as a citizen of India,he is roaming here and there after following all the legal processes. After application on 7/9/2010, is it required this long time to deliver his passport? Kindly take an initiative so that all Indian citizen can get there Passport at right time as an Indian citizen. As my father is a retired Govt of Assam employee and if he is getting this type of problem, can we imagine what would be the case of simple citizen living in this country? Kindly take an legal initiative in this regard with a positive discussion with the higher authority of Police officers in Assam please.

I and my husband both applied for passport together in Jan 2009...For both o[censored]s the police verification was done between May 2009 -July 2009.... But still NO GO... We had to fill few forms again and after many complaints and follow-ups with them, I received by passport in Feb 2010... And still my husband's passport is pending - NO UPDATE....

Even have raised complaints and sent email to their CHIEF PASSPORT OFFICER - NO GO.

I had apply for passport in july 2010, LIU verification was clearly done. afterthat in the month of Oct 2010 A policeman came for police/residence verification. He demanded for commission. And, when i didn't agrees. Then the, result is, as of today, its been 6 months my passport is held with passport office.
After investigating the delay of the same, from regional passport office (Passport Office, CGO Complex I , Kamla Nehru Nagar , Hapur Chungi , Ghaziabad 201001), i found out that it has sent to my hometown : Uttrakhand for verification. And, it still there.
I want to say that, if i am living here at ghaziabad for last 22 years. All my documents have premanent as well as present address is of GZB, then, why it has been sent to my birthplace. [I see in passport form S. no. 9 & 9a, that the applicant should be living in present address not less than 1 year.PLS CHECK]
It is all due the not agreeing to give the money, that was demanded by police at the time of verification. It is a clear case of corruption.
I want to urge to the passport authorities, if any of them is still honest and doing work for welfare, then look into my case.
It is the fullproof example of corruption and demanding bribe case.

I applied a passport arround one year back. I am a goverment employee (Syndicatecate Bank). I got NOC from my Bank and I submitted all the required documnets to the passport office. After few months I was getting the Status "Police Report has not been received" on internet passport website. It is a wrong status which I am getting from passport website. I visited so many times to passport office and meat with Depty Passport Office Mr. Marshal. previousely they replied that we will send again a verification note to your department as NOC is not received but at my last visit I got that "Fileand all documents are missing".
I dont know why they are not doing a decent work. every time department peoples are saying we have a lots of work. thousands of file are applying in a month, but if they dont want to work hard so they can left his job but every time they peoples show a lots of pressure. I have to go to Australia to visit my Son. But I am waiting for passport from last one year. Its very painful when a goverment employee is facing a very seriouse problem from a extrime goverment office.
