Speed Post — misbehaviou , not giving services

Dear Sir,
Today at 10.15am I visit Mango, Jamshedpur Postoffice (Pin 831012) for speedpost a document, but instead of giving me service, they treat very rudely and not entertain me by saying that weight machine is not available here,
If there was real problem they should inform politely or make it display by some display message board .

my name is manoj shetty.i had sent a speed post of filled in cpt exm application form to:THE ADD SECRETARY[E, THE INST.OF CA OF New delhi, PIN:110002 FROM aikala post on 20/04/2010.already month is over, but still i did not receive any acknowledgement and admission ticket, my CPT exam is coming near.

when will u send acknowledgment and admission ticket, it's already late.pls send it as early as possible.

i would to draw your attention toward the careless duty of indian post. I have sent a speed post to gaya bihar on 22/10/2010. A speed post must reach its destination within three days. but after about 20 days it has been not delivered. customer care number of indian post are not responding. A complain lodge against it on indain post portal is pending for at least ten days. now i am helpless .I dont know where to go to get my valuable documents.

First of all you are not helpless.
You just submit the detail of your speed post like speed post number and date of booking and booking office.
You launch a compalaint on official web site of post office i.e
http://indiapost.gov.in/ccc/PCData.aspx

You can also check the status of your speed post letter on that site

Your article is received at Burdwan post office on the very next day i.e.[protected]. You can check the status on INDIAPOST WEB SITE

If the article is not delivered to the addresse you can launch a complaint on the official web site of post office given below

Your complaint will then be settled within a week

my speed post sent from rajasthan on 19th nov.2011 and on 22nd nov.2011 same is dispatched from hyderabad but yet not received at my end.
i have filed complaint before 5-6 days on indian post's site but no reply received (complaint no.[protected].
article code is ER[protected]IN.
as per teliphonic convesation with Mr. Rajgopal (concern person of kurnool post office) he told me that post not received at kurnool.

i was called at nandyal post office also but no response give by them.

I had sent some document from Chennai - TONDIARPET branch through speed post vide thr. booking no.et[protected]IN DT.07.12.2011
for delivery at kolkatta till now they have not yet received the post i have check but all vain
please take necessary action and do the needful
as documents are very important to me
