[Resolved] Indian Retail School — No giving my PF | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, Greetings ! Sub :- Problem with PF withdrawal. This is to bring to your notice that it's over more then a year since i left my last company (Indian Retail School(A Unit of: Pearl Retail Solutions Pvt. Ltd.),A - 21/12, Naraina Industrial Area - Phase II,New Delhi - 110028,Ph.: +[protected] / 46769918 / 46769919,Fax: 46769933,Email:[protected]@indianretailschool.com ) but still they are not giving my PF. I even submitted my PF withdrawal form and Pension withdrawal form some six months back only. Please somebody help me with it as it is looking like a lost cause and making me really frustrated. Greetings !
I will like to bring to everybody knowledge that this post was not posted by me. As i am from HR only i am fully aware of PF withdrawal process. Indian Retail School fully co-orporated with me in the entire process of withdrawal for which I am thankful.

Dear Mr. Sivesh,
You have failed to submit desired documents like bank statement, bank A/C no etc were not submitted on time which is mandatory by the PF department and we had requested you to submit the same. After your submission we have promptly submitted the details and the same has been intimated to you. Being in HR person you must know that no company can hold your PF amount. The details regarding your PF have already been communicated to you through mail and acknowledged over phone also. You may also visit office for the details in the working hours.

Desired documentations like bank statement, bank a/c no etc where no submitted on time which is mandatory by the PF department and still our communication was going on this matter and you are also aware that your forms are already been submitted and moreover, no company can hold your PF amount you are also know this.
