[Resolved]  Indian Western Railways — Act of misconduct

On 6th May,I went to the Surat Railway Station to recieve my guests who were boarded on train Saurashtra Janta Express. I had asked for a platform ticket on Surat Railway station on 6th May, 2010, at 09:50pm on Window No.2 after standing in the queue for about 15-20 minutes. The closing time of window is 10:10pm. I did not have exact fare of Rs.3/- and hence Harshad Patel refused me to issue platform ticket. I asked him to take Rs.5/- for the ticket that costs Rs.3/- and I was ready to sacrifice the difference of Rs.2/-. Harshad Patel was having the change of Rs.5/- which I saw in his hands(a currency note of Rs.5/- and also a Rs.5/- coin) but still he refused to issue me the platform ticket on which I talked to him in a bit angrily and then he started abusing me and used slang language against me. I was getting late to get to the platform to recieve my guests so at that moment I went to the other window and bought the ticket at 09:57pm for which the ticket number is 39154146. I had a verbal conversation regarding this with Mr. Rathore, who is in-charge of all the clerks. But it was late and it got around 10:20pm and i had to leave from Railway Station and head towards home with my guests. Also at that time Mr. Rathore told me that it would take a little more time to take the complaint. So I left at that moment from the railway. I got a good co-operation from Mr. Rathore and talked to me nicely. I want that a strict action be taken against Harshad C. Patel. Looking for legal action against Harshad C. Patel as my ultimate aim is to teach him a lesson so that he does not repeat the misconduct. Such people are entirely responsible for damaging the image of Indian Railways and the staff in general. It is because of people like Harshad C. Patel that all the good staff of railways are also looked with such image.
