I paid the amount on 20 July 2013 and Created login to CRM tool.
Its been a month I did not receive any genine lead ( LIC premium and Long term policies). I have wasted my valuable time and money with them speaking on phone ( STD call ).

Till now they have provided 3 leads. When I spoke to them they disconnect the call or put on mute and one customer shouted at me that who has given their number to me. They also said Indiammoney people themselved called them and even they are not interested in insurance policy.

When I placed replacement request, they simply updated saying replacement request rejected. I don't know how it is rejected if valid reason is provided.For one lead 3 times the replacement request is done, but still no change in CRM data.


I am really fed up calling most of them in associate care from Indianmoney.com and no proper service even after sending details on mails.



Now I felt they have provided wrong information to me when I took the membership, They told me that the customers details like contact no., Email id, address, age, when to invest, etc details will be provided, but from my experience the emails id are fake, address is not at all updated in CRM, etc.

I am speaking to all the below people (Indiammoney.com employees ) almost everyday for better service and genuine leads to provide as promised.
You can find the call logs and complaint no. raised against them in their database.

Please refund my hard earned money.

Please do not keep quiet, do something to get better sevice.
