Ordered Books worth Rs1234+879+970 via order no[protected] by cheque from Bank of Baroda(No.898971 dtd 29.10.2009) and received only one book worth Rs.970 on 20th December,2010. Till date they have not answered my query about refund. They only sent me a mail confirming cancellation of the rest of the order. This cheque was given to them from Project money funded by Govt of India. I am an Officer in the service of Govt College, West Bengal.

The refund cheque has been shipped through aramex couriers vide docket # [protected] on 12th Jan 2010. We were unable to ship the order due to stock isuues. The delay is becuase we had to import this book from USA.
