[Resolved]  Indiaplaza.com — Non-delivery of product

I had ordered a Kindle Touch on December 4, 2011 (Order No. IN[protected]) and got an intimation via email (my email id is - [protected]@gmail.com) from indiaplaza on Dec 19, 2011 that my consignment has been shipped and will be delivered in 1-2 business days. However, I did not get the delivery.

I sent an email complaining the delay in delivery on January 9, 2012 too, and am yet to receive any reply.
Tried to get the status by calling the customer care too, but every time I was assured that I will be receiving my item in a few days.

Today I was finally told that the vendor has changed and although the order status shows "shipped", yet there is no confirmation from the new vendor regarding my order. I had not anticipated this type of service and was truely disappointed with the sorry state of affairs. Twice I called up the customer service today and each time after listening to my complaint the representative told me that he will revert back after getting all the details of my order. And as expected from a lethargic organisation, no one called me back.

However, this is highly unacceptable and it seems I should take the matter to consumer court. I am considering waiting for 1 more day before taking any further steps. Hope team indiaplaza takes corrective action before that.

My agony continues -

Even after apologizing through this reply on 21st, they have not been professional enough to keep their word and have not delivered the product even after 17 days, today the 7th of Feb. When contacted, the customer care representatives still say that your product will be shipped shortly. I am so pissed off by their attitude. What about spreading this on facebook? Hope they will get a lesson from this. And if not, at least other will not get duped by them.
