Indiaplaza. In — seal open box,incomplete order | |
Hello, i placed an order of SONY ERICSSON ARC mobile phone worth Rs.21119 (order no.IN[protected]).When i received the order the box was open(seal open/broken) and HDMI cable was not there inside the box.i raised a ticket against it(Tckt no.CNT[protected]).ones they replied "As the product is under '6 Month Seller Warranty' the seal is opened to check in for the contents.The HDMI cable doesn't come with '6 Month Seller Warranty' product." After one day i received a message from their side that they have shipped the remaining item on 04/10/2011 with (reference no [protected]) ,but still i have not received it,now their customer care said "sir,we don't know about any message,who sent you this message". Secondly,i raised another ticket regarding the replacement of the product because the seal was opened (Tckt no CNT[protected]).they told they will reply regarding this on 12/10/11.but nobody calls.And when i call they say "sir,i will arrange the call for you,(customer care name Rohit Rao,Divya ) but no responce I want my product to be replaced,because the seal was opened,so what's the guarantee that product is brand new and not the used one,they have not mentioned anywhere in their site that 1)HDMI will not come. 2)Seal will be opened because customer opt for seller's warranty. 3)The product will not be replaced.
