I had ordered an item in the month of January 2013. (2 pressure cookers). I have still not get the item. Had raised three tickets.ticket no: CNT[protected] . No reply at all ! It tells me the expected shipping date is 07 feb and today is 13th feb. What a worst customer service. ! I call them daily , but all the time the number is busy or it makes us wait for half an hour then too the call gets cut. I purchased a book on 18-Feb-2013 and it was supposed to be delivered on 21-Feb-2013.
But still I didnt received my order.If I send a mail its bouncing and also nobody is receiving the call.

I have raised a birthday gift order through bsbazaar.com through website.The amount was Rs.1944.I work from the United Kingdom. I was given a delivery date of 8th October.But it was not delivered. When i contacted the customer care, they updated me that the item is not yet shipped. And they keep on saying just sorries and they are nto able to give me a date when this will be delivered. THis is totally unacceptable. What s the point of gifitng after the bday is over. Such fraud websites should be banned in India. I have the copies of the bill with me. Kindly take necesary action
