Indiaplaza — Product has not been delivered | |||
Hi, I have purchased a SONY EX Monitor Headphones MDR-EX60LP from Indiaplaza site on 26-Aug-2012(order No:I[protected]). The product claims that the delivery will be done 7 business days. But still the product has not been shipped. No promising answeres from Customer Care. A Consumer law according to 'Consumer Protection Act' says that the if the prepaid goods are not delivered within the committed time from the Vendor, the Vendor is liable to pay the compensation or deliver the product as soon as possible. I dont know whether they are aware of this law for customer satisfaction. This will be my last purchase in IndiaPlaza. Regards, Dinesh Was this information helpful? | |||
