i would like to unsubscribe from the wap services of indiatimes as soon as possible as it deducts from my balance twice a week despite of not using their services i had never subscribed to the wap services it was activated by mistake tried calling on your helpline nos. bt no response pl kindly deactivate as soon as possible. awaiting your REPLY

please help to deactivate wap services of india times.i have not subscribed yet but it was automatically activated and rs 30 is being deducted.please help to stop this and cancel my account from wap

SIR, Despite several submission to unsubscribe the most unwanted &harassing wap model pack by indiatimes.com (58888), todaymorning I received a renewal message on my BSNL MO.[protected], RS.30 was charged instantly.Kindly do needfull in this regard to unsubscribe it, it is a matter of great regrete that the said site not respondig promptly to complains .I a +VE result to avoid further mental&finacial harassment.When an unknowning single click subscribes it, several attempts fail to unsubscribe, HOW STRANGE!
